Very efficient service, great communication and so far, very happy with my new car, thanks Tom Boyns

Tom was very accommodating his customer service was great . A little dissatisfied that i got home and performed an update to my Tesla to find the cabin filters hadnt been replaced since 2024 and also did some research on the electric boot strut as it looked strange on opening and closing looks like that will need replacing . They are the only negatives .

Bought a Citroen Belingo in March this year & traded in our Car. Many thanks to Tom Boyns who dealt with our purchase. Tom made the whole process easy for us , no hard sell with the extra products available, we bought the extra warranty which was good value & happy to have. I had a few requests with the purchase of the Berlingo & Tom made sure everything was done according to our needs. We bought a car from them on 19th of December last year (did wait three months to make sure nothing will surprise us).
Tom and his colleague (apologies but don't remember his name) were extremely friendly and helpful and service provided was outstanding. They took our old car in as a part exchange which is always the best option for us, we did do ceramic coating following their advice.
Car was given clean and in perfect condition.
Will visit them again in next few years to exchange our other car.
