Blocking your customers for gently calling you out for your use of AI is insane.

Update after seeing reply:

All I said was "could be worth noting the time you save using AI might not be worth losing your customer base". A block over that suggests your ego is unchecked and customers are correct to assume you will likely be using AI for everything in future. Calling my review fake when I have actually purchased from you is extremely presumptuous. Will be warning others to stay away.

Excellent customer service. Bought a ring for my daughter for Christmas but the stone fell out and was lost. Contacted customer service who replaced the ring within three days!

Absolutely wonderful company to deal with. I bought the mystery bundle and made a mistake with my own measurements, and they were happy to exchange for a different size. Then when I had courier issues they went fully above and beyond considering that it was not there fault in anyway whatsoever.
If you have concerns about ordering don't. The products are excellent quality and the customer service is exceptional. They fully deserve your money.

I bought a ring at Glasto & when I got home realised it was too loose, with the weather being hot my fingers had swollen and I forgot to take this into consideration ! I messaged Stay Stainless on Instagram and the customer service was great. They let me send the ring back and exchange for another in my size. The ring is lovely and I'd definitely buy from them again!

I’ve had multiple rings and bracelets from StayStainless. The range is awesome, the pieces last well and are really sturdy, and the customer service is always incredible.

Recently bought three necklace chains two rings and a spanner bracelet at the download festival.i was mightily impressed with the quality of the craftsmanship on display.i had to keep coming back for more.staff were very friendly too. I found these guys stand at the NEC bike show and kept going back, I ended up with a new ring and new necklace. Neither of which have been removed much since, the quality is incredible and the guys on the stand were very nice and helpful. Even managed to convince my dad to treat himself to an item and he hasn't taken it off either. Impeccable brand, very highly recommend!
