I found Stars online after setting up my own business. Despite being cautious of dealing with online companies right from the start I knew I had made the right design. They are an extremely small business friendly and explained the various options available to me including SEO and Google sponsored advertising. They immediately for a small set up fee set about increasing my profile through Social Media and helped me connect with potential customers. The team are friendly and always available to help. I am now considering expanding my campaign to include SEO as my business expands.

I cancelled our subscription with this company as we went into liquidation. I followed the procedure of canceling, paying the prescribed cancelation period however they continue taking £180 a month for months on end. They have admitted fault in writing as well as promising my refund yet nothing is forthcoming and they won't respond to emails. Besides this their service was of no value, we never received any exposure from them all they ever did was upsell. Once again another SEO and 'website' company promising the world and delivering nothing except an extremely efficient sales team and an even better collection company. Stay away! Unless you want to give money away and waste a lot of time and effort.

The guys at star websites are great. They polished up my website and made it look fantastic. Having used a number of web design, marketing and lead generation companies over the years I can honestly say to look no further than star websites.  They have done absolutely everything for me online, it started with Calum building my business a stunning looking website which I paid only 500 pounds for and I used this to link to my google ads account.  Since having the new site, their technical support has been fantastic, if I have new images for the gallery unlike other companies who want you to email or upload them yourself I simply WhatsApp them across to stars and they do it all!

They also manage my Google Map and search listings and I have never been so busy, I have managed to cut my google ads budget massively and no longer buy leads from other companies.  I have recommended star websites to a number of other businesses and will continue to do so.  If you are looking for a switched on, fast and responsive web company then look no further.  Thanks again for all your help in getting things moving.

Not to be trusted. Spending £500 a month on SEO when they advised us to revamp our website for £1200. We did this on the proviso that it did not affect our ranking with Google. Three times we were assured it wouldn't. It took six months to finally complete our website and our enquiries virtually stopped. We requested numerous times for Starwebsites to send our monthly reports but they were never forthcoming. We finally employed a third party to do an audit and the result was shocking. We had virtually became invisible to potential customers from the day they starting work on our site. We have now moved to a different SEO company and our visibility has improved immediately. The response from Starwebsites has been shocking. They have ignored all our complaints, have still not sent the missing monthly reports and are avoiding our emails and phone calls. We are now proceeding with legal proceedings to recover our losses. Avoid this Company if you can and be very wary if they ask you to revamp your website. There certainly better SEO companies out there

I was recommended to go with Star websites by a friend of mine as he uses them for his business and speaks very highly of them.
Mason got in contact with myself and since then it has been super easy, efficient and the website looks absolutely brilliant. Always available on the phone if needed and they also check in regularly to keep you in the loop with progress and how the website is performing etc. Awesome job so far so good!

Harry and Tom have done a great job of setting up the website and running it. We've had other sites in the passed and haven't had the success, thankfully Harry and Tom have helped push the site and given good advice.

Sooo, what can I say? I think the company has overall help the business grow. I’ve had a a website designed by harry and I must say he’s done an amazing job. Took everything I had in mind and made it happen, giving the perfect company image. Him and Conor both ring me on a regular basis to check how my business is going and if there is anything they can do. Feels as if they’re genuinely invested in my company and wish it well.
