Having worked with Stars for a short time I have been super happy with the level of communication, transparency and customer service. Kim, Calum & Mason have been superb at coming back to me with every effort of getting me on the first page of Google. Highly recommend anyone wanting to kickstart their business online!

Ok here we go. Maddie is a genuine lovely person to deal with.
We could do with more enquiries tbh but
Maddie always try’s her best to do the best for your business but if something isn’t quite right all is needed is a chat.
Sometimes people think that companies like star in which employee people like maddie can perform miracles in getting a company lots of enquiries/calls but I have been realistic tbf.
We as a company like all could do with more calls etc but if there’s a lot of competition out there then it’s limited.
So maddie keep doing your best as star should be grateful of your efforts

Good design team , massive improvement over the last company who kept trying to constantly take more money from my magic money tree . They have plenty of ideas and solutions to get you more business which will always come at a cost but at least they explain what it is and why they have to do it . Happy with the service I dealt with Maddie and Kim .

I cannot fault the service that I have received so far! They have been amazing at getting me higher ranking on Google and getting extra leads. Over the past few weeks I have actually had too many leads coming my way, not that I'm complaining! 🙃

I have tried various other marketing companies but with no success. I have a friend based in a different city whose phone hasn’t stopped and he advised me to get in touch with Maddie at Star Design Team.

Maddie was really easy to talk to and took the time to listen about my business and draw out a plan to get my name out there. She is always available to speak to and never fails to respond within a decent time.

The set up fee and monthly fee wasn’t any where near as much as what the other companies were asking for and within the first 4 weeks of signing up with Maddie, my phone is ringing. 8 weeks on and I have work booked in for the next 3 weeks. I am now in a position financially to upgrade the marketing campaign to gain even more traction.

It doesn’t happen overnight and it’s something that takes time but I am in a better position now than I have ever been and it’s all thanks to Maddie and the team at Star Design Team.

This company is not to be trusted under any circumstances. I spent roughly £600, I was promised a top 5 spot within 2 weeks. I thought this was rather hopeful but went along with it. Having been shafted by Yell around 5 years ago I made sure that I recorded every single conversation. Almost weekly I was promised that they were nearly there.

So after 4 months I haven’t had a single phone call, my company isn’t even on the first 3 pages let alone the top 5 ads.

They made me laugh on a few occasions, they aren’t even good liars!😂

The head honcho called me and informed me that his rep shouldn’t have promised me anything, well unfortunately mate she did. I’ll see if I can attach a voice message to this review so you can all hear the BS.

4 weeks ago the boss told me I’d have a full refund, and someone would call me on the 1st of October, you guessed it I’ve heard the square root of Jack.

To summarise, they are a seriously dodgy outfit, they promised the world but have absolutely no substance. Trading standards will be receiving all recordings and legal action has begun.

As I tried telling them countless times, it’s not about the money spent……. It’s the time that’s been wasted.

Update….10th of October.

I heard nothing from these jokers for 5 weeks, however the day I posted this review they phoned me and begged me to remove the post. I obviously refused and I’ve heard nothing since, so much for my full refund.

Came over to star a little doubtful that they’d provide the things they said they would, as every marketing company so far had been yet to be truthful, but star have been fantastic, done everything they said and more. Having had previous websites designed in the past not being very good, I was doubtful that they would be any good but to my surprise they absolutely smashed it, Zoe has been so helpful and listened to everything I wanted and absolutely delivered and more. Very professional and will give you the time required, not take your money and not deliver! I can’t praise Zoe and the team enough.

Had a really good and friendly experience from the start, all the way to completing the website, nothing was too much trouble when I wanted a couple of changes and I’m very happy with the results.

Save your money do not invest. Promised the world but can not deliver. Spent over £800 got one job in return. No communication with Google constantly trying to make me spend more. Absolute joke. Avoid at all costs biggest waste of money ever!!!!
