Awful customer service
I tried to place an order online, but despite having to give my shipping address the only shipping option was pickup in store. I rang to clarify this, and eventually someone answered, but the call was then immediately cut off. I rang back and spoke to the same person, who sounded completely disinterested. He suggested I ring back in 30 minutes to speak to the manager about the issue. I asked if instead the manager could ring me, and was told they couldn't. This is despite a recorded message that I could leave my details and they would ring me back. Although they are offering a good price on what I wanted, the customer service was so bad I won't be giving them my business.
