Friendly staff, always willing to spend the time to give help and advice. They stock a wide range products and the website is up-to-date. I have used the Exeter and Dorchester branches on several occasions.

Ordered some new zan slugs! Ive ordered similar slugs from other companies and they were delivered quickly and well Packed! The sportsman online sales team never wrapped the 2 boxes of slugs in any bubble wrap! put in a loose plastic bag in a loose ultra-thin bubble envelope! where the slug boxes could move easily in the package! Many of the slugs in one packet came out of their wrapping, and Many were damaged or slightly scored! I contacted the Sportsman and had a simple reply, "As my colleague said we package our goods as best as we can, but safety on delivery cannot be guaranteed" I was asked for my postcode (which they had!) for something to send me. I wasn't happy with the reply, so I emailed back saying their customer service was awful and there was no need to send anything. All that was needed was a sincere apology and a reassurance that fragile items sent would be adequately packed and marked in future!

I went in looking for a few bits and had a look around. Found the jacket I wanted but asked for help with a couple of knives I was looking for, both for work and every day use. I asked for some advice from one of the team and they were very helpful finding me some options both to use everyday and in the warehouse (thank you to the team!). I ended up getting everything I needed plus some advice for future purchases.

Visited exeter store today up from Cornwall, amazing shop, amazing selection, amazing prices and Ben made the experience brilliant.

I have been a customer of Sportsman Gun Centre for a number of years, and what keeps me coming back is the fantastic customer service. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are both knowledgeable and will take time to help you when needed. In the last couple of months I have made some substantial purchases and would like to thank Simon, Keith, David and Tom for their invaluable assistance in this process, they could not do enough to help me, first class service, and after sales service as well together many great deals on offer . I had great customer service from Dan in the shop! I wanted to get advice on a couple of products, which he was very knowledgeable about and I ended up buying both products rather than just one. Dan is a great asset to the company in my opinion!

Great shop and service. I don’t normally write reviews, but felt it was worth writing due to the fantastic experience. I’ve previously used a small local shop, but going to the Sportsman was better than I expected. The staff (Tom) was extremely knowledgeable and they had a better range of products than I was used to. I’ll be back.

Had been looking for a new rifle, staff were extremely welcoming and were happy to show me a great selection of guns which they had available.
Managed to get one I liked and will be back again in the future, lovely service.

I popped in today just before closing after some high clearance scope rings for my recently purchased FX Impact M4 and HikMicro scope. Gary, Andy & Ben couldn’t have been more helpful, even going the extra mile to find me the right scope rings - thanks Andy appreciate your help. Now I’m off shooting.

I have been a customer of the Sportsman Gun Centre for many years. I have purchased several guns, ammunition, clothing, and a variety of accessories from them. The customer service they provide has always been exceptional. I love popping into the Exeter store for a browse. Huge choice and great products. Staff are always polite and helpful. They are very knowledgeable about their products and can offer more technical advice whenever it is needed. I highly recommend SGC.

Recently had a problem with the trigger on my Fac FX King. Went into SGC Exeter on a Saturday. Connor the gunsmith was there on his day off. Immediately stripped the trigger assembly down and diagnosed the problem and after an hour had everything up and running. Excellent service and attitude.

Recently purchased a benelli shotgun from the sportsman’s Exeter store and the level of customer service and knowledge I received from the staff there was outstanding, I left the store extremely pleased and cannot recommend this company enough!

Tom has always gone out of his was go above and beyond, most recently in providing me with advice when sourcing a replacement for a supplier discontinued ammunition. Always sound advice and great communication.

Purchased my Ariat Burford boots at SGC Exeter Store, called before to check my size was in stock and very helpful Simon H put to one side ready for collection! Great service, will be back in to check out jackets ahead of next shoot season.

Not one for usually writing or leaving a review but I feel in this instance it is only right to do so!
After getting the wife’s permission to buy a new shotgun I decided to just pop into Sportsman Exeter for a brief look at a potential candidate, what can I say an hour later after talking and going through a number of shotguns and having it fitted by the sales team I am the proud owner of a new Beretta shotgun which fits me a treat! I even look the part with a new skeet vest to match, all the gear and no idea springs to mind but a great visit to this well stocked shop, thank you sportsman!
