Bought a cross trainer in May, did a lot of chasing before it was delivered in June damaged. Reported it immediately and it is now 4weeks of trying to get them to collect and refund my money. The most appalling customer and delivery service you can imagine. Still stuck with a damaged equipment.

After the birth of my daughter, I no longer had time for sports and I became aware of Sportstech. The order was easy and the treadmill works perfectly.

The rowing machine and ab trainer from Sportstech fulfilled all my expectations of a sports machine.

I am an enthusiastic athlete and have ordered a Speedbike from Sportstech. I find the functions very practical and the device has not had any faults so far.

The manufacturer really thinks along sporty lines. The treadmill's console is ideal for home use and the device is generally very quiet. So I don't disturb any neighbours either, hence my unqualified recommendation.

I have been looking for a rowing machine for a long time and found what I was looking for at Sportstech. The product meets all my expectations, I am very satisfied.

Useless company. Brought a treadmill over 3 weeks ago, have been trying to get it picked up to return it since!. Can't get through on their phones as number doesn't work and they don't reply to your emails. Avoid this company!

I did not want to write a review to early and tempt fate as Sportstech equipment receive some negative reviews!
It’s just under 3 months since my Sportech ESX500 exercise bike was delivered so thought it was time to write a review.
The bike did not arrive when promised and was actually a month late. However, the support staff did try to keep me updated and even offered a refund.
When the bike did arrive it came with the dreaded European 2 pin plug on the power supply. Sportstech were very good and said that they would pay for an adapter if I sent them the invoice. So I ordered on Amazon and sent a screenshot of the order. The adapter arrived the next day and the money was credited to my credit card shortly after.
As the power supply has a rating of 190 – 240 volts a shaver adapter will also work.
The bike itself is good with a smooth quite cycle movement.
The display is large and clear and does remember the settings when power is switched off (I’m sure someone complained somewhere that the settings were lost when the power is switched off).
We have not been able to use the programs yet as go from little resistance to almost impossible. This is something I may get used to. I do a lot of road cycling so thought my legs are fairly strong. Obviously not strong enough.
The seat post did slip a couple of times as it was difficult to align the screw with the hole. It would be better if the seat could be adjusted with a pull out/spring in device.
My wife said that there was a clunking from the pedals but I suspect it is the seat post as there is a slight side to side movement.
Overall I’m very pleased with the purchase and its used by 3 adults..
There appears to be a world shortage of exercise equipment and suspect Sportstech are in the same situation as other companies who don’t know when shipments are going to be delivered.
I’m giving 4 rather than 5 stars due to the delivery issue.
I would have bought their cross trainer, but the delivery lead time was too long.

1 star is too good for this supplier.

New F10 Treadmill and SX100 Speedbike

My order was placed on the 19th June 2020 where payment was taken immediately, in total just over £800

During the COVID-19 lockdown delays were anticipated by me with regards to delivery but there was no need for the seller to take payment for the goods until they had actually been despatched to me.

I received the F10 Treadmill on the 14th July 2020. I wrote to the seller informing them that there was damage to the handlebars in two areas the day after delivery when it had been unpacked and built up. The treadmill was supplied in the UK with a European plug fitted - all domestic electrical appliances sold in the UK, in accordance with the Plugs and Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994, are required to have a BS1363 plug or conversion plug fitted.

The SX100 Speedbike was delivered on the 16th July 2020, when it was unpacked there was a massive slice through the centre of the saddle, I again wrote to the seller on the same date informing them of the issues with this item.

The seller did not respond to my emails until the 1st August 2020 where they acknowledged responsibility for the issues and requested parts numbers, they also asked for a diagram of where the handlebars and seat were located on the machines! Further information and pictures were sent back to the seller on the 2nd August 2020.

Pay Pal rejected my claim for a refund but I made a section 75 claim with my credit card company whom upheld my complaint and refunded the full amount.

Given the level of bad reviews I am surprised that a company such as PayPal continue to be associated with this supplier and that they continue to support them by offering their payment gateway services to them, this does not reflect well on PayPal as a company either.

Avoid avoid avoid!

Five and a half months of pure frustration!

Beware, there is absolutely no intention by this company to repair any product that goes faulty.

We acquired a F31 treadmill from the UK in October 2020. We reported a faulty console in November 2020. When running the treadmill in Dec 2020, the belt split because it is positioned too close to the lower frame which has a sharp edge and reported this issue in late Dec 2020. We have been trying to get the Treadmill replaced or refunded since Jan 2021. We have received absolutely little or no meaningful response from SportTech/INNOVAMAXX except a few promises to revert and provide packaging to collect which have not materialised. The company offered to refund of £50 against the £620 we paid for a defective/faulty product which is totally unacceptable. We have requested the name of a senior manager and not received a response. Still awaiting collection for repair only to get false promises of courier will contact you in a few days.

Extremely poor customer service - made an order in April, which I was told would be filled in June. I was ok with waiting. I contacted the business again and confirmed my order's arrival, which it was - 5 days later I received an letter advising that I would not receive the product until end of August.

If a company does not have the goods to sell - don't represent that you can sell them - simple.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could give a zero I would. Initially when placing the order there team will reply to your emails all happily. Then Once there is a problem they will all of a sudden not reply. They deliver via a courier called XPD whom are impossible to get through to at all. As a healthcare worker I am not home 24/7. Unable to track and even contact to change delivery. Finally got a refund! And please if you want some peace of mind DO NOT order from here!

After ordering three pieces of equipment in June 20, I received 2 of them but was told multiple times that the multigym @ £900 was 'on its way'. After 4mth i received a letter saying sorry for the delay and I even got a free gift. However every time I called them or emailed, I was told a lie and was given reassurance that I would receive my equipment. This never arrived and after 11months I finally got my money back. I would not trust anything Sports-Tech would tell you in relation to delivery of equipment.

After many years of experience with sports equipment, I can confirm the success of Sportstech with a clear conscience. The speedbike I ordered is absolutely brilliant. A very reliable company with good prices.

As a business customer, I always receive very good offers that are customised. The Sportstech team is very committed and competent, I feel very well looked after and enjoy this excellent service.

Ordered the 30 in 1 multi gym in November paid £868 ( they took money straight away) and said it would be delivered in Dec then feb and now we are in may and no product !! In the beginning they communicated with us and kept putting delivery back, but now they aren’t communicating at all to Amy of my e-mails, I wouldn’t order from this company now as may be an effect from covid and haven’t got my money to give back anymore, so shop other products and leave this company well alone !!

Ordered some weights for Christmas, they arrived on time in a baldly packaged box. Opened on Christmas Day the retaining rings were missing. Emailed the company, who got back to us to say they would send as soon as possible. Despite several further Emails nothing. Now April nothing ! The company looks good, but looks can be deceiving. Now mid May and the retaining rings have arrived. That does show to me that the company does consider its customers. However it is lethargic if a transaction does not go smoothly. An email updating the customer is easy to produce.

With the Sportsech weight station I can train very effectively. My muscle training is much more fun now.

This seller was recommended to me by a colleague who is also active in sports. The weight bench I chose was very reasonably priced. Although I was sceptical, I ordered and was not at all disappointed.

I am a boxing trainer and needed new boxing gloves. I quickly found the product I was looking for at Sportstech.
