On January 25th or 2021. I made a purchase over the phone with Richard Ori of Spiritual Quest for a 2 persons Infrared sauna and paid for it on my credit card. The total came out to 1784 dollars. I was promised to have it delivered in 4 to 6 weeks give or take. However, what happened was a completely nightmare that lingered for over a year and still without any solutions or refund.
I Called the office around March and the rep told me that because of the supply chain backed up they were not able to obtain my order at the moment but the shipment was on the way. I was also informed that if I cancel, they will charge me the shipping cost. On that note, I decided to give them a few more weeks.
On April 29th, I emailed them to check on the status of my order and the reply was that they will receive a shipment soon and I will get the merchandise as soon as they received it. I waited for another couple of months.
On June 25, I was notified through Email that the merchandise is being transported to my house. I waited another month and still did not see any delivery so I called them again. They emailed me back on August 4th and told me that the shipment was returned damaged and they have to file a insurance claim. It may take up to 90 days to go thru.
I didn’t hear back from them for several months. I emailed them on Dec 4th and did not receive any replay so decided to call them again on Dec 16th. I was speaking to the owner Richard Ori and he proceeded to tell me that my insurance claim was denied. I was little upset about their handling and delay of my order and he hung up on me claimed that I was screaming at him. I tried to call and email him and received no replies.
I called them a few days later and spoke to a different person names Kelly and she told me she will check into it. No response.
After a whole year has gone by I realized that this company has no intention of sending me my order and on Feb 11th 2022, I formally requested a refund and decide to recuperate whatever I could. On Feb 18th I was sent 20 dollars. I emailed Mr Ori again to see when I will be receiving the rest and no reply.
I called the company and spoke to Kelly on Feb 23rd. Still no reply.
Over the course of over a year I must have made over 20 to 30 calls to them to find out the status of my order and refund. This is no exaggeration. This company has hardly made any effort to make good on their promise on their contractual obligation and eventually 2 months after my request I was refunded for the sauna but not for over 350 dollars of shipping cost.

If I could give a zero star I would. This has been the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with a company. I ordered a 2 person salt sauna in September of 2021. I should expect about 6-8 weeks for delivery. Ok we’ll have it by Thanksgiving. Cool. I waited until after Christmas to call and ask where it was and was told it would probably be February or March due to problems with the Los Angeles port. In February I got a shipping notification that it was in the US and would be to me shortly. It kept track of the shipping notifications and it just sat in one place for almost a month. Then it says it was delivered to my hometown…but not to me. I email Rick at SpiritualQuest to inquire about the status and he gave a rude reply about it not being his problem to track items. So I call the shipping company that he cites in his email. They have no knowledge of my shipment and refer me to the previous shipper. I email them and they say that they went to pick it from Spiritual Quest but only received an invoice but no shipment. I again email Rick and he says that it is lost. The shipping company is looking for it. After all this I finally requested him to just cancel my order and refund my money. He says that it would be minus $395 shipping and $69 pallets and -25% for restocking or some other nonsense.

I ordered an Infrared Sauna back in October. They charged me right away and I never received my product.
I kept calling and the lady kept pushing back the date. She stated that there are 1,000 people ahead of me and I wouldn't receive my sauna till later in 2022! I asked to cancel and receive a full refund. I received an email stating that they were going to charge me $150 for shipping!
My product was never even shipped! I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company. This company is a fraud. I should have checked BBB website before purchasing.
