PART 1. PART 2 COMING IN 24HRS
PART 1: As shonky as the day is long! But they are so much fun to mess with. My story is the same as everybody else’s. Offered free spins or a bonus welcome chip to play their slots and for which some are really good. I got a $111 bonus chip and played through the “Playthrough” and ended up with a withdraw-able balance of $98. When attempting to withdraw it wouldn’t allow as they needed to verify my ID. Fair enough, but in hindsight absolutely stupid on my behalf. I emailed through the required docs along with a selfie and heard nothing for days. Jumped onto the chat function and was advised it would take 3-5 business days for my docs to be reviewed. I received an email from “Foster” advising that my ID had been verified. I thanked him and went to the site to withdraw my winnings. This was the first time I had played and the only bonus I had redeemed. When attempting withdrawal I was unable due to a list of possible reasons. I had ticked all of the boxes for eligibility on all except one. I had never made a deposit. The Terms and Conditions say that in order to withdraw winnings from a bonus bet you “may” need to make a deposit if you had never made one previously. So I jumped on to the chat and enquired as to why I couldn’t withdraw. I received a reply from “Skye” who said that the minimum withdrawal amount was $100, I had $98. I thanked “Skye” for her assistance, went back and played, hit a feature and 5 mins later I had $185 withdraw-able in my account. Still unable to withdraw though with the same potential reasons on why I could displayed. I went back on to the chat function and got “Alexander” this time who advised that I could withdraw however I would need to have $211 on the dot. $111 was to repay the bonus chip and I would receive the amount of $100 which was the minimum withdrawal amount. I asked what the maximum withdrawal amount was and this too was $100. No more, no less. I asked if that would meet all requirements and “Alexander” advised it would. I thanked him for his time and said “No worries mate, I’ll smash it” to which I did. I got it to $211.03 and found a machine that allowed me to play down single lines to get it to $211 on the dot. Wen to withdraw again, and again was not able so I jumped back in the chat. This time “Jeffrey” said that I needed to email my ID to get verified. I told him it was already done so he then said I needed to make a $30 deposit. He then copy/pasted the Terms and Conditions where it said that you “may” be required to make a deposit to withdraw a bonus win if you had never previously deposited. Well, I enjoy word play so I focussed on the word “May”. I explained that Terms and Conditions did not say “Must” make a deposit, only “maybe required” to make a deposit. He then said that in this circumstance I will need to make a $30 deposit if I wanted my winning, it’s up to you and abruptly terminated the conversation. At this stage I’m still clueless and naiive to what’s actually going on (scam) and got annoyed and messages back. It turns out that my previous contact “Alexander” was back online assisting. Now I’ve noticed that the same terminologies, phrases, questions were in exactly the same format as previously but he had no idea that we had literally just been chatting five mins ago. Now I was starting to catch on so I stared messing with him. I was encouraged to send Crypto as my deposit as everything would clear so much quicker. I played extremely dumb. I asked him where to buy 30 crypto’s to send to him, does the servo sell them? Can I get some at the newsagent? How much does 30 Crypto’s cost?no even said that I just asked my brother how much 30 Crypto’s cost and he said that it would be around $15 so why was he asking me for $30. I then asked how quickly the withdrawal would clear on my end after I make a deposit and could I buy $5 worth of crypto and deposit that. He said it would be about 2 business days to hit my “wallet” he would personally “vouch” for it. Of course I trusted him right there and then hahaha. All of a sudden, my very first contact “Skye” took over the chat on their end saying that “Alexander” was having a technical issue and asking why the hesitation with me sending through Crypto. I said that I was upset that I didn’t know much about Crypto and I wasn’t rich and only rich people had Crypto and I don’t even know if my local servo or newsagent sells it. She said not to worry about it and to go to the withdrawal page, attempt to withdraw and take a screenshot of the error code when it would decline my withdrawal attempt. I thought this was weird. I’d never received an error code previously and why did they want a screenshot when I could just tell them what it was if I received one. I said that i would but our conversation would disconnect but I would ask for her on the chat when i obtained it. It still only showed a list of reasons why I couldn’t withdraw but no error code was showing.
