Ordered a Harrington Jacket from them and it took them a week to ship it out. When I decided I want to return it for it’s terrible quality, I emailed them and haven’t heard anything back, leaving me stuck with this jacket with no way to return it.
Good products but horrible costumer service
I emailed Spier & Mackay(returns) on the 28/12/2022 requesting an exchange. They responded on 30/12/2022 questioning me which sizes that I wanted to exchange to. On 04/01/2023 I answered them and since that day I have had no answer from them. I emailed them again on 11/01/2023 reaffirming my request and complaining about the delay, unfortunately, I continued without a single response. Because I didn't obtain an answer I did some search on google and found a description of a client that had a similar issue and then contacted Spier Mackay through Instagram and they promptly solved his problem. So I did the same, contacted Spier Instagram and informed them about my problem on 20/01/2023 they wrote "I’ll bump the returns department asap" and still haven't heard from them. Sadly I have no choice but to file a complaint with the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery. I didn't expect such poor customer service from a company with the quality products as Spier.
Still waiting for a refund after 1 month. No answer from aftersale.
Ordered an OTR suit late November, that took more than two weeks to be shipped. Suit was fine quality wise but sizing was not what I was looking for so I decided to return it and I did. It's been almost a month since they received my package but nobody is answering my email and I've yet to receive my refund.

just say no to companies that charge your credit card and take over a week to ship. first I emailed to get an update and was ignored, but the they did cancel after I sent that second email.

J'ai beaucoup de mal à comprendre les quelques avis négatifs, la qualité de Spier & Mackay n'est plus à prouver, et toute la communauté qui s'intéresse aux marques de ce genre (Suitsupply, Walker Slater, Pini Parma, Boggi etc.) est d'accord à ce sujet.
J'ai passé quelques commandes (chemises, pantalons, chinos, polos, accessoires) et je trouve la qualité supérieure à Suitsupply, à peu près équivalent à Pini Parma.
Le problème en France, c'est les frais de douane, commander chez Spier & Mackay c'est être certain de payer de très gros frais, mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'entreprise bien sûr.
Cheap and poor quality
I have ordered full canvas suit, but actually its not.
Its half canvas, even they use bad liner.
Quality looks cheap and they present themselves as high quality men clothes brand!
Cant compare to suit supply or pini parma at all

Great Clothes, Responsive Support, Crummy Site
Initially I set up two restock reminders for two items I wanted.
Got the "back in stock" email notifications, headed over to the site, put both items in the cart and proceeded to check out.
Problems began when I tried using my Mastercard at checkout. It failed to process with a generic, vague error. Email support team was responsive (next business day) but blamed the billing address's correctness for the failure with no evidence. Using the billing address that works for multiple other retailers with this card did not fix the issue after repeated further attempts.
The order did go through with my Visa however. Communication about processing delays was clear and once the order processing was completed shipping was reasonably swift.
The quality of both items (Corduroy and chino pants, one of each) is quite good, the fit is fantastic, though theyre both extremely long for my build even when taking into account the regular length at other retailers; Their regular-fit pants length is so far past my ankles that I'll need to pay to both shorten the length and narrow the leg opening.
Seems like an overworked, understaffed, undersupported service and fulfillment operation but the clothes are of good quality. I'd be more confident recommending Spier and Mackay if they paid more attention to the usability and functionality of their site as well as staffing appropriately to meet the needs of customers. Overworked staff is a poor excuse for processing delays and reflects badly on management/leadership.
Bad quality, horrible fits
Bad quality, horrible fit and atrocious customer service. Don't believe the paid reviews out there. This is an average company peddling cheap clothes as expensive. Massive quality control issues and a customer service that is on holiday permanently. Reaching out on social media gets no response. Stay away

Average quality, bad customer service, and poor fit
Average quality, customer service is lacking, delivery time slower than most, and poor fit. They did a remake, but were not quick in responding to emails. I eventually got the remake but it doesn't fit. With all that said, there are better places to give a try.
nice suits and shirts
I've ordered 2 suits and several shirts from Spier & Mackay. They are all top notch. The suits fit beautifully and look really sharp. I've bought their red-label and black-label shirts. They also look fantastic. In particular, the linen shirts get lots of compliments.
One thing though - the website sucks. The filtering doesn't work and you need to look in every item for your size.
Also, they didn't immediately acknowledge the sale. However everything arrived just as I ordered it. And the quality is super.
They charge CC but take forever to ship anything out.
Placed order on 5/20 for a suit that was in stock, they charged my credit card right away. Here we are almost two weeks later and they still have not shipped product.Sent numerous emails and they take forever to respond to you without providing any reason for the delay. Will definitely not order again and advise everyone to stay away.
