Eric, Maka, and Hilary, I just wanna say they were all perfect. This was my first time getting my eyes checked and getting a glasses, it was surprisingly comfortable and their energy is just top tier. At first I thought it would be awkward, but as the conversation grew, they were enthusiastic with their jokes and stories. Love Maka for his jokes, Hilary for her stories, and Eric for his calm aura!

Pretty average delivery time and so I ran out of lenses. Wouldn't use again

Too rushed. Not listening to needs. Wrong assumptions - wanted single vision glasses. They assumed I wanted progressive. Optician did not allow me to speak - she did most of the talking.

I've been purchasing glasses from specsavers for the last 20 years, the 2 for $299 frame deal is fantastic. At my local specsavers, the staff are friendly and listen, and there is no shortage of staff available to help with frames and adjustments. The Optometrists are qualified and knowledgeable, so I have confidence in them, and they happily answer my questions on my changing eyesight and the best lens options. They aren't pushy for sales and have eased any concerns I have had. The 3 month guarantee period also gives one more confidence going with them. Great service and frames for the 2 for $299 price point!

As I mentioned earlier, that was my first time visiting your clinic in Manukau. I was truly honest when I left that day; I told myself this service that provided by the staff was so amazing. Well-trained and professional staff, from the reception to my final check-up by nurses and doctors, were so kind and treated people with care and respect.
