Ordered a pair of glasses and after completing my order they asked me i wanted to pay extra to get the upgrade package of scratch and reflection resistant lenses at a bit of a discount.I said okay and paid the extra. They then sent me another email with a code offering me a 2nd pair at a discounted price. Wanted to look at and try the first pair first so i emailed them and they said thats fine and i could use the code when the first pair arrived. they took a few weeks to arrive, longer than i expected but they arrived eventually. I then tried to order a second pair and use the offer code they sent me but it didn't work…. I emailed them about it and no response. Tried 3 more emails and not even the courtesy of a reply…..not very good customer service so just manage your expectations if you have any issues taht need support.

Great price for designer prescription sunglasses, supplied my prescription and glasses are spot on. Excellent service at a reasonable price, would definitely use again.

I’m not sure how Specky Four Eyes get their prices so low compared to buying designer glasses on the high street but somehow they manage it. Alongside this they have excellent customer communication and keep you informed about which point your order is at. Top marks all round.

They supplied very good quality frames and lenses and advised/checked prescription which they thought was incorrect before proceeding with manufacture. Overall a very pleasant and helpful experiance

Really easy order form - I just had to give contact and payment details, copy the information from my most recent sight test and make my choices. There was good contact by email after I had ordered - I always knew exactly what stage the construction and shipping of my order had reached. When they arrived my glasses were exactly as ordered, and came with a cleaning cloth and tough plastic case.
