Your product arrived broken again due to either poor packaging or handling by your delivery company

Bought shock absorbers in July for my Galaxy one of them broke at the top contacted them sent a photo of what was wrong they apologised for the inconvenience and sent me replacements which I received the next day world 100% use them again

Excellent prompt and reasonably priced 👏👍

Right part ,delivered on time, with no problems

great prices . quick deliveries. quality parts

Excellent customer service

No tracking given but arrived fast and half the price of anyone else also fitted perfectly. Thanks and will use this company again.rear wheel bearing complete.

I searched the Web using the manufacturers part code. Spare hut came up with a part that looked correct on their Web site. The description included my car range and date of manufacture. I bought the part on line. It didn't fit. I advised them of this and apparently its my fault for not checking with them before purchase! It was their description along with part code that convinced me the goods were right and yet I am expected to pay for the return of the part. This is contrary to the Consumer Rights Act. So my advise Is, either ALWAYS email them before purchase OR do not buy from them as they do not abide by the UK laws.

Easy to use website which helps to make sure you get the right part. Fair price. Fast delivery.

Found what i was looking for easily very competetive pricing and arrived on time great job highly recommended

Part as it should be .great service but paid for next day but didnt come otherwise a+

Good communication, quick delivery and good price for the part I ordered.

I bought a BMW door lock (F10) and it caused issues with the car and didn't work. Contacted them through their website and emailed them. Totally ignored me.
Would 100% avoid this company!

What a fantastic service.

You offered the best price I could find for the new brake calipers, and the delivery was prompt. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally, which made the whole process very easy.

I would happily recommend SparesHut to others for there car needs and will certainly use you again in the future.

Many thanks again for the excellent service.

Kind regards,John Murphy

Paid for a part, which was advertised as being available for next-day dispatch. Got an auto reply to acknowledge my order. Never received the part. Never received any further communication from Spares Hut Car, nor any response to, or even acknowledgement of, the emails I sent, to inquire about the delay. Make of all that what you will. I am beyond angry.

Every thing arrived on time as was ordered . No problem att all . An efficient service . Thanks

Really poor , ordered on Monday - 24 hr delivery , I’m still waiting after Close of Business on Wednesday !. This afternoon I was then told on email- you have to have had your order confirmed by 2pm for it to go out that day? 2PM? - 3 hours before close of business??. Not worth using Spares Hut again. Prices arn’t particularly good - service is poor.

Very fast delivery and parts are what I ordered. Packed with care and very affordable. Will be ordering more bits from here.

Great price
Rapid delivery
Would definitely use again
