Revolving door of staff. Empty environment and overpriced. Unethical business practices. Avoid.

Update: again, please see response from Spaces completely unaccountable for their team’s failing and turnover during the renewal cycle.

Additionally, according to Spaces, their app governs the contract (not their people, not emails), yet interestingly there is no in-app notification or push notification or otherwise.

This “technology” landlord spams you a couple times a week for a year and then sends a renewal notice from the same account that spams you all year. Then Spaces pretends that it’s impossible to know if their tenants have her have not opened an email. no return phone call to discuss the renewal from their team. No process to call or text you or give you an app notification or send you mail to make sure that they properly providing you notice. Only subterfuge.

It’s a joke and deliberate, and instead of taking accountability and having a proper discussion around an extension Spaces team doesn’t care and is jamming our business. Avoid.

Lorraine, I have had more “service” from you on this platform than your team otherwise — think about that. You know how to get a hold of me and do the right thing.

Zach and Ayari are both WONDERFUL! Anytime I have a question, concern, or need something they are both are willing to help. SPACES is always a clean, professional environment as well. I appreciate being able to work in such a nice place.

We really appreciate the team that we work with at Spaces. They've been very accomodating and responsive as our needs have evolved. The facility operations are great. Very reliable and professional.
