It’s totally rip off and the service I received for free removal is rubbish they just put my luggage randomly and then black mail me to buy extra space as your luggage is bigger than the space but I went after that to check and I shocked all my luggage was thrown away and didn’t put properly so it was really bad experience .

Helpful staff thoroughly explained how it works. Easy to use & access. Clean & secure.

Very friendly staff and service. Very secure units and easy to use via the space station app. The app on your phone is the key you don't need anything but your mobile and the app.

Space Station Doncaster ..I have just had the best experience , both the customer service from all the staff and the facility was way beyond any expectation, The removal company they recommended were just the nicest and so abliging . At a stressful time it really helps. A big thank you .

Helpful and welcoming Shrewsbury team - Ed, Ethan and Dale. A storage that we feel is easy accessible and secure, and our items well protected. The included move in team was a real help for us to both pick up our items quickly and also get them into the storage unit quickly as well.

A central location in Shrewsbury with easy access to your storage. The staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Competitive rates, with a variety of sized storage facilities. Would definitely use again for my secure storage needs.

Jayne made the whole process easy and straightforward. There is easy access to the storage containers.

We have had our items in storage February - December 2025 and have had no problems at all . All of our items have been returned in the same condition as they were stored . All our clothing / towels / bedding were in perfect condition . We were expecting them to all need washing and they do not need to be. We used top men removals as used by the storage company and they were also fantastic.
Would Definatley recommend both. Thank you .

The premises are new, smart, clean, very easy to access from the main road and feel secure with a simple to use app on your phone.
The staff, Sarah (manager) Cameron and Phillip have gone out of their way to help us old fogies to get the best from our storage and moving experience!
On the surface, Space Station appears not the cheapest option but when we delved into what was included we really were getting the best deal for our money!
Thank you to Sarah and the boys, we are so glad we chose you and Space Station.

Love Space Station. They've honestly been so helpful throughout my moving journey. I stored my belongings in Castle Bromwich for around 11 months. You can access your things using the app to open your locker - very easy and accessible. I recently vacated my locker and the process was very smooth. The staff are also very helpful and always more than happy to go above and beyond. Thank you Space Station!

We used Space Station when we were between homes. Staff were really friendly. Stirchley branch is easy to access, clean and modern. App access is really handy.

What was really great was that they included removals from their transport company who moved out our furniture from our second floor flat with no complaints and packed everything in the unit really well

My interactions with the team were friendly and helpful. They provided various options and quotes. I obtained a good deal for longer term storage. The storage room is a good shape for large pieces of furniture. They also provided a recommendation for a removal team which I used and they were also very good. Overall very happy.

Really helpful staff. My things were moved in and out without me there and I needed help. David and the team and Chiswick went above and beyond whenever I rang them. Would highly recommend.
