Pre-paid car park was closed but signage clearly indicated to use Long Stay Car Park. Spaces available so no problems parking or leaving. Shuttle buses frequent and clean.

Just a short walk to the terminal . . no lugging suitcases onto buses or waiting.

Clean, a stone's through from the airport concourse and very easy to use. ANPR even means that you get a personalised greeting as you pull up to the machine!

I booked my parking in advance for your short term car park, booking reference Z6568 On 31st March I was flying to Amsterdam on BE 1015 at 14:00 hours
This flight was cancelled due to bad weather. You refused to refund my 24 hour parking fee even though I wrote explaining what had happened. I was advised to claim via my travel insurance.
I am loyal to BAA and Southampton airport, however I consider your attitude to be a gross example of bad Customer Service, and my reinstated flights will be from Heathrow in future.

If your looking for a hassle free way of parking your car then look no further. It's easy to find and very safe. Plus, I didn't get charged a ridiculous amount when my flight was cancelled by 12 hours so I will continue to use this Carpark again and again.

Easy to book and reasonably priced. Simplicity of the system is impressive, you arrive at the barrier and your car registration is recognised. A nice little touch is that your name appears as the ticket is issued and let's you through. The covered parking area is well lit and the individual spaces can easily accommodate even the largest cars like mine.

Just a very short walk to the arrivals and departures area. Definately takes the stress out of airport parking. I'd happily recommend this and look forward to using it again.

I'm a frequent flyer who prefers to use Southampton Airport because of it's location, ease of parking, and never had a problem with the online booking and finding a place to park. Also the last time I really enjoyed the offer to pay for the long stay and be given short stay parking. Would/have recommended to many others

I have used this car park on many occasion it is very secure and has disabled parking bays by the bus stops very handy.I book on line and
pay thats it your reg no is picked up at barrier and the same going out

So simple, excellent service. My plane was cancelled in Guernsey and flew in next morning, I was expecting a problem,but no, staff were superb.

I WOULD HAVE GIVEN IT 5 STARS AS I FIND THE PARKING EXPERIENCE NORMALLY FINE. HOWEVER WHEN PROCEEDING TO OBTAIN TICKET STAMP AT END OF HOLIDAY IT SAID I OWED £114 THOUGH I PREPAID THE ATTENDANT WAS VERY HELPFUL HOWEVER CONSIDERING i HAD PAID FOR FOR THREE SEPERATE PARKING SLOTS OVER THE W/E MY SON AND DAUGHTER ALSO USED THIER CARS IT WAS A LITTLE WORRYING. MY SON ALSO SAID THE SAME THING HAPPENDED TO HIM DAVID LEWIS ABINGDON

Quick and easy parking. Fast transfer by bus to airport and back.

I booked it, I drove to it, I parked, I got on the bus. On return, I got the bus, I found my car, I drove home. No problem.

My husband is disabled and cannot walk far. The carpark attendant was unbelievably helpful - explaining where to park and even getting us a trolley.
Travelling can be rather daunting and tiring but the car parking was easy and no chore.

Parking at Southampton Airport could not be simpler, There is a constant bus service from the terminal to the outdoor parking area.
% stars iff the machine had been working when we drove in causing us a small delay when we left.

Particularly pleased that I can easily adjust my booked parking date and time on line if necessary, as often an arranged business meeting can be rearranged or cancelled.

It would be good to have a telephone number to speak directly to the Parking personnel without having to go through the airport number in the event of a problem,
