Good location 2 minutes from airport, easy to find would definely use again. Easy website to make booking . Hassle free .

We pre booked parking in the long stay, but then the closer per-booked long stay parking was full, so we had to stay in the further away, non pre-booked long stay. This wouldn't be too bad except I saw loads of spaces as we drove by. Fair enough if I drive around, can't find a space and have to drive on to overflow but closing the entrance, calling it full when it isn't is poor. It's an issue for us as we have a 3 year old and 5 month old so having longer to walk to the bus stop etc is a pain.

booked in advance. used the short term car park. car number plate scanned on entry and ticket issued. Parked car easily and walked a couple of hundred yards ( if that ) to the check in.

The priority parking is so close to the terminal and the spaces generous for bigger vehicles. Quite simply a breeze.

Easy to find, bus came within five mins. Lovely quick trip to airport.

Pre booked the parking a couple of days before a flight and found it to be easy to use and at a reasonable price . It was a nice touch turning up at the car park barrier and displaying the message ' welcome Mr (my surname )
Very happy with the service and will definitely recommend.

Mind-blowing: as just perfect to get into the airport with no stairs, very close, (but you do have to go outdoors and might get damp for 15 secs.) But on leaving the airport, I think it was around 5 minutes from walking down the aircraft steps to driving out onto the road.
A negative comment though. (Still a 5)
I paid for 'Priority Parking' and at the weekend it came with 'Priority Security'. No explanation anywhere about saving £7 (for 2 persons) in the documentation or again when visiting the website and investigating/reviewing. Airport quiet and didn't need to save time, but this offer is rubbish if not explained. Car park though, wide bays, no steps... Perfect.

We used the short term parking for the first time. As I am disabled it was great being just over from the terminal.
I would use this again and highly recommend this anybody. SF

Pre Booking is fine but only 10 minutes for free drop off is no good if you have pre booked long term car park and need to meet someone being dropped off from a different direction Makes it very difficult to combine weight allowance especially when 13 month old grandson is given none
Absolutely no where to park up free whilst you wait within 2 miles of Airport now layby's have new roadworks

I have generally chosen the long stay carpark because of cost and convenience, although the short term car park does save time. However, when I enter the car park it is not without its problems with my number plate rarely being recognised and last week, the whole function was not working and there was also no contact with someone to discuss exit. As it was the barrier was up on my return so having to explain and confirm my booking was not necessary. The other issues is buses while they travel regularly, some drivers see you approaching the bus stop and I mean literally yards away and they choose not to stop. discourteous and in my view unacceptable if a someone is pushed for time.

The pre-booked car parking is a short bus ride from the terminal. The booking was very simple on line and the instructions clear and accurate. On arrival a ticket is taken from the machine to open the barrier. There is a sheltered bus stop at the car park which is served very frequently with a single decker bus. The journey time to the terminal is just a couple of minutes and drops you right outside the to departures/arrivals hall. The return is just as simple. No need to dial a number as the bus is in circulation continuously.

Good parking at reasonable price, however leaving car park to return home during evening commute period meant considerable queuing to get to motorway exit.

Very easy to book,and easy to find .Good transfer service.

Did the job but a bit cramped and decidedly expensive.

Very good parking arrangements in long stay. Easy to arrange online. Had to change the time owing to flight change but no problem.
Very reasonable charges.

Easy to book; cheaper/better than Bournemouth airport; quick responses to email enquiries; convenience of being able to use short-term (multi-storey) car park; number-plate recognition / ticket "pre-paid" recognition worked fine.

Good parking facility, slightly on the expensive side for 2 days, but car felt secure, easily accessible from the airport, and the number plate recognition worked with no problems.
