Very easy and great to use. No problems at all. Would recommend to all customers.

Government rules in 2012 tell retailers to limit their credit card fees to that which is reasonable. 2.5% is unreasonable and in December 2015 this fee will be limited to 0.3%. It is outrageous that Southampton airport continues this is egregious practice.

I can't believe this shirt stay car park has positive reviews, I find it to be expensive and most irritating is the size of the spaces, you can barely get out of your car! I love coming back to my car to find dents where people have opened their doors against my cat.
Am I the only one who finds this?

Price quoted on the website for short stay parking is from £9.25* per day with a minimum 1 day stay. So when inserting our ticket after a relaxing 3 night break away we were horrified to be stung with a charge for £120. Whilst we perhaps should have researched the charges further prior to arriving at the car park, we would never have expected to pay £30 per day when the price advertised is from £9.25. In fact I cannot see how this price is achievable and is utter misrepresentation in my opinion.

I can't fault the staff and user experience at the short stay car park! After what could have been a stressful time when I realised at the last minute that there was a mistake with my pre-booked car parking, the staff at the airport car parking were really helpful and extremely pleasant. They assured me that all would be fine and that my exit from the car park upon return from my holiday would be problem free and I would not incur additional expense. True to their word, whilst the barrier didn't lift straight away, a quick 'expected' conversation with a member of staff soon saw me on my way as he had my details and was expecting me to be exiting that day. Top notch service - much appreciated!

There is only one barrier gate to get out of the pre-booked long term car park. Unfortunately, when I came back from business trip on Thursday, there were 2 cars before me, with the first one obviously having some issues (I can only assume his exit ticket was not valid or not recognised). Unfortunately, this guy wouldn't leave his position until his issue was resolved, which means we all had to wait behind him, for quite a long time. My colleague, who didn't use pre-book (so had to go a longer way to her car park), got out of the airport sooner than me! Please put a 2nd barrier to exit (like in the non pre-booked area), or create an area where people in difficulty can park and call for assistance - with pre-booked exit tickets, things are bound to go wrong from time to time, which is OK as long as not everyone else has to suffer from it.

I had booked my parking months in advance. I arrived within a few minutes of the time I had booked for, so all looked good. The pre-booked parking area, however, was coned-off, described as full (though we could clearly see some empty slots). We spoke to someone, using an intercomm at the gate, who told us to use the PAYG parking area and all would be OK. I have to say I was dubious and felt that we had got the holiday off to a bad start. As we arrived at the PAYG area, however, a ticket was printed which actually had my name on it and my faith in a good outcome started to return. The transfer to the terminal was quick and efficient as was the reverse transfer on our return from holiday. At exit, the ticket worked as advertised and so everything was, in the end, just great.

We followed instructions received on internet, everything went as expected, absolutely no problems, found a good parking space near the bus stop and bus arrived within 10 minutes. Will definitely use the long term car park again.

Pulled up at the barrier and sure enough out pops a ticket with my name on it (nice touch !). Plenty of parking spaces.

Bus arrived 2 minutes later, and a very short hop to the airport.

On our return, the bus arrived again with 2 minutes.

Easy to find parking, quick pickup and short journey time to terminal

Best airport parking experience ever, home or abroad. It's a short walk to the terminal, no buses to catch; staff were extremely and helpful and courteous when I had a query. I would certainly use the airport parking again an recommend it to others.

Long stay parking easy to find, clean and obvious security. Bus every ten minutes even before 0600!

Believing your comment that it is cheaper to pre book short term parking I attempted to book for 30 minutes. The price quoted was £27.50. This really is appalling customer service and someone needs to be sacked.

5 July 2015, 11.43 hrs. Arrived in the drop area with a disabled passenger. Due to; wheelchair assembly, no-show of pre-arranged assistance staff and only 2 check-in desks open we had to wait until our disabled passenger had checked-in and exceeded the 10 min drop-off period by 12 mins and were charged £3.50 for the privilege. Minimum parking charge is £3.50 which is simple extortion. An appalling airport with appalling parking charges. Sadly we must return in a week.

We used the Priority Parking section of the car park, just a minute's walk from Departures. Amazingly quick, easy and convenient, so will definitely use again.
