Ordered bundle online - payment accepted etc. Phone call next morning to say bundle unavailable for foreseeable future - would I like items seperately rather than as bundle and still cheaper - yes please!

I just purchased 6 Sennheisser radio microphone, delivery was excellent as they arrived 3 days after I ordered them, when I installed the mics, one was not working, I called Soundexposure and was talked through a restore this did not reset the fault and was put through to the technical team, and was then asked to return the receiver. This was done and they arranged courier to collect. The receiver was returned a few days later and is working fine. Thank you, This has been a great company to work with and their correspondence prior and during order was exceptional.

I was desperately after the Olympus LS 5 Linear PCM Digital Recorder and done an extensive search for the cheapest priced including delivery and then Sound Exposure came to rescue. The delivery time was absolutely great. As it was the Christmas and New Year Holidays, I still received my order the next working day. The packaging was excellent and now I am enjoying hours of recording. Thumbs up for Olympus and of course Sound Exposure. Would buy again and tell my friends.

I ordered some items of audio equipment on Tue 17th Jan at 13.30pm and everything arrived beautifully packed and in perfect order at 11.00 the following morning. My purchase was made after consulting the company a few days earlier for general advice on availability and price.

Ordered an item just before Christmas thinking I probably wouldn't get it until the New Year, but had it within a few days and had excellent communications keeping me up to date with progress via email and telephone. Best price on the Internet too! Highly recommended.

Best price for the AKGC411PP I could find and although the wrong item was delivered initally, the correct one was sent out straight away and delivered the next day - delivery service incredibly quick and good value and communication with customer services excellent.

We purchased four Audio Technica ATW-701/H wireless headworn systems for use in our puppet presentations. I contacted the organisation and was given very helpful and knowledgeable advice on radio systems. This was invaluable to us as our knowledge of radio systems is pretty basic and saved us from making a costly mistake. The price was competetive and delivery was prompt. I have bought a number of items from SoundExposure over the years. This time I purchased another radio microphone and as usual the service was excellent. I valued the advice from Chris Simpson regarding the compatibility of the G3 series system to my existing kit and Mark took my order most efficiently, It was promised that although the order was not in stock it would be delivered this week and true to form it came yesterday, superbly packaged.

i am a professional sound recordist, I ordered the Beyer Dynamic DT 48 Headphones, at the same time I asked about the Sound Devices Pix 240, the information came back by phone within the hour and discussed.


The headphones took a week or so but they had to come from Germany.

Will keep with this site and have recommended to others.

Will also buy batteries from this site , best value i have seen.

Ordered some Rycote MS mic clips. Store called me to check the ones I needed which is a great service. This is the 2nd time I've ordered these from SoundExposure - they called to check both times.

The only reason to not give 5 stars is that these clips are tiny and weigh nothing - and yet there is no option to get cheaper shipping than £8, which is a bit excessive for such small and light things.
