Your order was dispatched within 24 hours, and all of our shipments are sent using reputable, fully tracked and insured delivery partners. Tracking is automatically issued at dispatch so customers can follow their parcel through transit. I can also see that a delivery attempt was recently made, and the parcel remains within the stated delivery window.

I bought the beautiful BouBou & it was everything i expected and more. I purchased it for my sister-in-law for her birthday and she loves it! The speedy delivery made sure it came on time for me to gift it. There was clear communication from Sonjiki, although not much needed due to exceeding expectations.

Your order was placed during our one-week Eid break, as noted on our website. Upon our return, we processed all pending orders and unfortunately found that the Xola Black Mini Mayafi was out of stock. As a result, your order was cancelled, and a full refund was processed immediately.
A note explaining the cancellation and the refund was included in the cancellation confirmation, which should have been visible to you. We are sorry if this was not clearly communicated.
