This company is great. I would highly recommend. They answered calls and emails quickly. I ordered the wrong size bed through Debenhams and they did an exchange within a couple of days
The customer service representative was very helpful and get me informed throughout the process.
The delivery process was also very efficient. You are given a 3 hour time slot and there was good communication at every step of the way

Somnior provided an excellent service, they facilitated a return and reorder of my bed in a different colour a couple of months after purchase given that it remained in its original packaging. They responded to my emails super quickly, overall very impressed.

I can’t rate this company enough for their first class customer service. I ordered a mattress last night and failed to check delivery address. Unfortunately I was unable to change address.Panic ensued as it was heading to my old work address a dental surgery.I emailed last night explaining the problem they replied first thing this morning . Address changed and to my relief my mattress will not be in waiting room . Looking forward to receiving my mattress ,lovely to be able to buy from a British company. Thank-you

Have bought a double and a small double mattresses via Debenhams, I received 2 double mattresses instead. Once reported to Somnior they were helpful in getting it sorted. I was given an exchange without any hassle. Good company to buy from. Thank you

They provided great communication and helped facilitate my returns. Gutted I have to return this fantastic mattress but it is just too big for my bed frame.

I bought a small double mattress 2 parts divan as my stairs are narrow, I thought the parts could fit through the stairs however, that was not possible due to my house size. I asked to return the parts and the process was easy after communicating with Somrio. Also the delivery was helpful as they were communicating their time of arrival so I didn't have to be in the house just waiting for the delivery, it was easy to plan my day as gave me an slot and then call me 1 hour before arrival.
I'd buy again with Somrio.

I ordered a bed frame through Debenhams but was disappointed with the material quality once it arrived. After opening the packaging to inspect it, I decided it wasn’t right for us and contacted Somnior Beds to ask about a return. Although their policy doesn’t usually allow returns for opened items, they kindly agreed to accept the return free of charge as a goodwill gesture. Communication was clear and professional throughout. I really appreciated the way they handled the situation and the level of customer service provided.

I’ve had a great experience with Somnoir Beds. The bed is of high quality and exactly as described. Their customer service has been excellent—prompt, helpful, and professional. I genuinely can’t fault their service and would highly recommend them.

Somnior Beds are an excellent company to deal with. The beds are so comfortable and great value for money, communication about my order was excellent from start to finish, delivery was great to room of my choice. I ordered three beds through Debenhams and one of the headboards got damaged in transit, and so was missing from the order, but a quick call to Somnior Beds and it was sorted out no problem, I would say Somnior Beds go the extra mile for their customers. I would highly recommend this company.
