No real answers
I sent a message through their online form but received no reply. I then emailed them. My question was: I want to buy a 3d printer. The manufacturer has a special deal on where you can get cheaper filament. Is this something you can match. Was referred to the site. This does not help as that doesn't answer my question. Asked the question again with the same result. It's almost as if they have a very basic AI replying to mails. I also wanted to know if I could pick up a printer that same day as they have a (physical) presence in Ireland and on the site indeed claim to be in Ireland. Same answer, you guessed it, with the added remark that the printer had to be shipped. I prefer shopping local and supporting local businesses but at this occasion I opted to buy from the manufacturer instead.
