I like and rate Snowbee tackle highly but I’ve never had reason to use their customer services, due to a recent issue with a rod, that was totally my doing, I contacted them to see if they could help, probably the best customer service I’ve ever received from any company, problem sorted at minimal cost.

I am disappointed with this product as it is so difficult to get the spray to come out of the nozzle. It does seem to work as a product but having it in auch better bottle would be a great help.

Excellent products and service.
I have several Snowbee products all of which I am delighted with and the new net replacements don't disappoint either. This is my first time purchasing direct from Snowbee and I have to say that the delivery and service was fantastic. used snowbee fly lines for as long as i can remember.Recently purchased 2 new floaters in wf xs xd and memory is so bad they are unfishable.Retailer handled complaint but a made in china sticker on box makes me think they have sold there souls for margin!!00
