Richard was so helpful! After trawling through hundreds of options myself I couldn’t see the wood for the trees! Richard took our requirements and instantly understood what we were looking for. He very quickly sent over a fabulous selection and we were booked within the space of 12 hours. Everything was easy from start to finish - would highly recommend using Sno!

What amazing chap sorted me out a fantastic deal was definitely on the ball..
Once I had registered my interest in the ski offer. Calvin contacted me within 10 mins all done and got me the bargin of the century I will definitely use SNO ski holidays in the future.. Mayrhofen was basically sold out, but Calvin got me in 💯% use this guy.. I owe this man a beer 🍺

Put a deposit down on a house and they sold a room to someone else without telling us and tried to charge us the same amount. Don't book this company if you want to have somewhere for you and your family to sleep that's reliable.
Terrible experience, and is looking like it's going to cost us a massive amount of money to fix their mistake

Dear Dominic,
We are very sorry that you feel our service was not what you expected and want to assure you that serving our customers is always our top priority.
We know it can be tricky managing time differences when booking from the USA, and contributes to frustration.
We do not want you to feel disappointed, and would like to explain why the catered chalet was not still available, as discussed in the original quote, by the time you were able to pay.
We can only book a ski holiday when we receive payment, your payment was not made until after 9pm Saturday evening, when we were closed, and you did not email the passenger names/ages required to make a booking.
A member of the team saw your payment (when closed) on Sunday, yet still contacted the supplier on her day off, to re-check price/availability to see if we could still book this for you.
A room was taken, so we contacted you on Sunday with options to either book a similar chalet, or this one without sole-occupancy, or of course send your payment back.
You explained you now wanted to book at least 10 people, but to pay less than you were quoted for 8 people. We explained costs in a catered chalet will change depending on number of people/rooms/ages.
We had to reiterate that we can only book options for a customer "that are available at the time they decide to pay."
We asked to return your payment, but you have insisted on booking 10 people in the catered ski chalet.
Your 10-person booking is significantly cheaper, per-person, than the 8-person original quote.
I hope you understand it would be unfair not to explain, that there was not a mistake, and it did not cost you more.
We are a family business and our reputation and service is central to everything we do.
As you have decided to go ahead with a larger booking in the same catered chalet, we hope you now feel you have the booking that suits your group.
We sincerely hope you have a great ski vacation.

Richard has booked 3 holidays for me / our group now over 5 years and they have all been fantastic. Great to find specific ski holiday.
Had a specific need, for a top class resort, close to piste with exclusive use of a chalet.
Calvin stuck with us until he fould exactly the right place. Booking was easy. Importantly, it didn't end there, all the other bits and pieces were all followed up.

SNO are great..
SNO are great... We have used them for several years now to book our family ski holidays. They have a wealth of ski resort knowledge and Jack in particular has been so helpful in finding us the perfect holiday and adding ski extras as required.... And the holiday is usually cheaper than booking direct
