A smooth and enjoyable experience
Though it took a while for us to finalise our ski holiday requirements, we were provided with excellent help and guidance throughout the process by Jack Manuel and the rest of the SNO team.

Excellent choice of resort and hotel and very patient!…
We have used Sno on a couple of times to book holidays. On each occasion they have patiently provided us with options and dealt with all the inevitable changes that happen when you are booking a holiday. Our most recent experience has been with Greg, who has been excellent at suggesting choices and helped me find the right resort and hotel for our group.

The one thing i will say in my experience is that when you say a time scale that you will do something that time scale has to be met. Calvin does a great job and that is why we have booked again with him and SNO Ski Holidays, but timings are a little slow. If you say i will do something by tomorrow, tomorrow it should be done. This is my only issues that i have. Otherwise the service is fantastic, the holidays that they organise for us are wonderful and i will say they are very competitively priced.
