Great communication and arrived on time. The grandchildren loved them but one doesn't count properly. I haven't sent it back as it would cost me as much as the jar. The other one counts perfectly.

Delivery took a month!
While the product itself was good, the delivery took a month, and the order status remained "order confirmed" for almost three weeks. Furthermore, customer service did not respond to any emails. I initially suspected a scam before finally receiving my parcel a month later.

My order was sent to the wrong address and in the wrong state. I notified you straight away of the error and again followed up with another email and have still not had a reply from your company. Very disappointed with your lack of customer service.

Delivery lets them down - but product is great
Product is always dated well in advance and packed to avoid crushing etc. It gets dispatched quickly and efficiently BUT then after sale falls down with it taking a week or more to be delivered under the courier agreement that they use. The after sale is the let down.

Badly fitting van cover.
Badly fitting caravan cover, nil assistance pockets provided to fit over van and balloons excessively with wind. Requires at least 4 further ropes to keep it down on the van. Not a good design would recommend you discontinue these they are a waste of money to the consumer.
