I have been working with this company…

I have been working with this company as a driver for the past two to three years, and my experience has been very positive. The system is well organized and easy to work with, which makes daily operations smooth and efficient. Communication is clear, and job scheduling is handled professionally.

I would especially like to mention Munir and Amina, the operators, who are very supportive and professional in their roles. They treat drivers with respect, provide clear instructions, and are always helpful when any issue arises. Their performance and coordination make the job much easier.

Overall, this is a reliable company, and it has been a pleasure working with them. I would definitely recommend them to others.

not worth to work with Smartzi anymore...

Use to work with Smartzi almost full time but it`s hard to work with them - app is glitching constantly - driver support is not familiar with driving conditions in UK - attitude to drivers is like in nursery - price offers are way too low and ridiculous - payouts now are ridiculous late. Now doing only couple rides over each month only if they match up with my travel direction - not worth to work with Smartzi anymore

Smartzi Partner Driver Experience

As a partner driver with Smartzi, I think the rate of calls to confirm, reconfirm, 2 hours notification, 1 hour notification etc is just too much!!! It is unacceptable to be calling someone who has driven all day in the middle of the night when they should be resting/recharging for the next day just to ask their availability / confirm or notify them about upcoming job(s).
Also, when they penalise a partner, they should let you know the job, why, they process, the outcome and how much the penalty is with such deductions clearly itemised on payment invoices.
Thirdly, driver earning should only reflect the net amount for the job not gross as it helps drivers understand exactly what they are working for per trip/job.

Great company to work with — just make sure you book the right vehicle

I’ve been driving with Smartzi for a while now, and I can honestly say they’ve treated me well. The platform is fair, the support team is helpful, and overall, it’s a good company to work with EXCEPT THAT PAYMENT FOR US DRIVERS THEY PAY US 14 TO 16 DAYS AFTER THE JOB HAS COMPLETED (NOT FARE )
UNFORTUNATELY THE PRICE IS UNDER ESTIMATED FOR US AS DRIVERS

For anyone booking a ride — especially if you’re doing it through Booking.com — there’s a good chance your trip will be serviced by Smartzi. One thing I see often is customers choosing the wrong vehicle type. Many underestimate how much luggage they have just to save a few pounds, and it becomes an issue when the bags don’t fit in a standard car. PLUS MUST CONSIDER HOW MANY PASSENGERS TOO LESS PEOPLE THEY PUT IN THE APP THEY ARE NOT COVERD FULL BY INSURANCE JUST IN CASE.

A simple rule of thumb:
If you’re travelling with more than two large suitcases, please book an XL vehicle instead of a regular car.
It avoids delays and cancellations and makes the journey smoother for everyone.

Smartzi provides a great service — choosing the right vehicle helps us drivers give you the best experience.
ADD THAT LUXERY VIP OLSO CLOSE PROTECTION FROM DRIVER OR VALETING SERVICE FOR LAGUAGES IN THE AIRPORT TOO.

Please stop asking the driver for 5 stars at very early in the morning from passengers it can be bothered.

One star would be generous

One star would be generous. The driver tried to extort me two hours ahead of the trip for extra money by claiming that the car wouldn't have enough space for my luggage and I would have to pay extra to be 'upgraded' (note that I had explicitly booked to have room for 3 suitcases). I was then kept on hold for over 20 mins on the phone to a customer service rep who told me that the right car would be arranged. Then 15 min later I was called back by customer service telling me that a car that could 'fit 2 large suitcases and 2 small' was being arranged and that if my luggage didn't fit, I would have to find 'alternative arrangements'. Frankly appalling and deeply unprofessional, I wouldn't wish this on my in-laws.

Reliability is key for me, and Smartzi delivered. I used them for a time-sensitive trip, and the driver was professional, polite, and took the most efficient route. I felt very safe throughout the journey. If you need a stress-free ride, this is the app to use.

A shame!

I booked a taxi through Booking with that company (Booking chose it) for my Mom coming to London for my birthday on Friday. The driver was 45 minutes to 1 hour late due to not being assigned the booking even though the ride was confirmed and already paid. Then, the driver never found the hotel and my Mom had to ask to get out of the car to find it herself by foot with a backpack as well as a big luggage at night.
For the drive back on Sunday, to the airport, 5 minutes the start of journey, the company send my Mom a message telling her that the driver won’t make it as his car had a breakdown on the way to the hotel. She had to book, panicked and stressed out fearing missing her flight back home, another taxi with the help of the hotel reception and mine.

I never saw a company handling their business that badly.

I had booked a ride for my friend too through Booking that chose the same company on Monday. But the debacle with my Mom, I immediately cancelled it. Luckily, I was still in the 24h free cancellation. So I hope having my money back ASAP.

The best would have been to first, tell their driver on Friday evening to come to the airport, apologies and find the hotel (which isn’t that hard to find). And for the second ride on Sunday, to immediately call another driver to take the ride and get my mom. So she wouldn’t have stressed or panicked. And maybe to be told that news earlier…

The app is a nightmare to use

The app is a nightmare to use. once booked the trip to the airport was fine, however the driver never turned up on the return journey at 9-00pm at night we were not pleased. Phoned the company in the morning and had no joy, no compensation. Would I use this company again, what do you think.

Not So Smart Taxi Sweden!

Ripped off for the price - we asked the official taxi “concierge” so did not question the choice of taxi which was diverted round to the outside of the official 5 lanes. Little did we know that this was them entitled to rip us off with impunity - he even had the cheek to show the screen with the option to add a tip … SEK 1840 for the 15 minute ride to Sigtuna - the way back via Uber was SEK 419 by contrast.
