Great people....ask for TOM!!!! clean, easy access, convenient.....and I shopped then all in that ares and they are the least expensive! Win Win!!!

The staff and location here is great
The staff here, like in all businesses, make the difference; also the facility is clean, provides amenities like carts to help move items from your car/truck to the unit, and the ability to discard yout trash into their dumpster unlike most storage facilities. And, the location and hours are extremely convenient.

Great service. Tom is super helpful. Informative, friendly, upbeat. Areas are clean, well-lit, carpeted; “street signs” to help you find your way. We inspected 3or4 other storage spaces in Pasadena & this was by far the best quality, and reasonably priced.

Safety and Great Location for My Stuff at a Reasonable Price!My first impression was that this place…
My first impression was that this place is very safe. There are many levels of safety beginning with the gates and the keypad security codes. Then, cleanliness is another element I saw and appreciated. But most of all, the kind and helpful individuals at the office was what I was looking for. A storage space is where our personal belongings are and I am sure, just like me, most people are looking for a reasonable place, with a reasonable price and great people in the office at the front. I love this place! You will love it too!
