I signed an electric contract with this company. I heard no update, so chased this up and was told the contract was rejected. I was told many different reasons as to why it was rejected, all lies. It turns out there was a problem with their system and the contract didn't go through to the supplier. Nobody contacted us to advise of this, by this point it had been well over 2 weeks since I signed the contract so obviously the original contract could no longer be submitted and prices had increased by over £600 - a detrimental increase to anyone, especially a small business. The company wasn't sorry or sympathetic at all. I was contacted a lot before the contract was signed, as soon as they got our business we were dropped off their radar. It shouldn't be down the customer to chase up on a contract's progress, the customer should be kept in the loop at all times. I've lost all trust in this company and won't be using them again.

i was having trouble with edf energy ,i was being charged for elctricity that i had not used,despite having a final reading by their engineer when fitting a smart meter they estimated a consumption ignoring their own reading and charged me accordingly and were continuing to do so, after Loren's intervention i am going to get back my overpayment.I cant thank her enough.

Loren has been excellent, a first class service. Even after I had swapped supplier she was there to help me get a refund from my original supplier.

I contacted them through a comparison website, I was contacted by Shamima who was really helpful, knowledgeable and not patronising. I say this because the reps who have contacted me from other companies about our energy renewal have been challenging to say the least. Shamima's attitude was perfect and although the management decided to stay with their existing broker as they offered the same deal, it was not a reflection on her work ethic. I wish the other reps could take note of this.

As treasurer of a small Church, I needed help, at the end of our contract, in moving our electricity supply to an ECO supplier. Rivash Rajkumar dealt with the matter with great competence, including patiently handling the various points and queries I raised.

Really happy with leesa van Staden the way she handle my case I was with edf they not let me change my supplier due to previous owner blance but she hadle really good way and sorted everything highly recommended specially this lady Lessa Van Staden .
