O aplicatie buna. Se poate si este nevoie de mai mult dar, deocamdata, pe asta o avem si ne descurcam. Apreciem incercarile de imbunatatire si evolutie.

Ar trebui mai putin AI in procesul de suport. Lucrand cu persoane juridice, nu avem nevoie de un agent automatizat care nu intelege situatii, avem nevoie de ajutor si, in multe cazuri, rapid. Adaugati in AI optiunea de a transfera conversatia cu istoricul sau catre agent uman sau, la apasarea butonului "Nu m-a ajutat" puneti datele de contact al Call Center-ului, nu mai programati AI-ul sa o ia de la capat si apoi sa retrneze aceleasi rezultate inutile.

Folosesc SmartBill de peste 3 ani si este pur si simplu perfect! Este simplu de utilizat, aplicația funcționează impecabil, e mereu la zi cu toate modificările legislative, iar agenții de customer care sunt foarte drăguți si de ajutor! Recomand cu mare drag!
