Not happy won over £40 on a couple of games and has not credited any of it to my account tried to make a complaint it's telling me the email address is invalid I've tried 2 of them

Added funds to my account money taken out my bank but not added to my account been on live chat twice but still no answers be careful people

Thee Worst online gambling company I have ever done business with. They have online chat - don’t waste your time - they can never solve anything, the games are really flaky, bomb out all the time. Leave you with errors they say 10 working days but you get no updates, no progress. Left me 10 days unable to deposit and the truth is they just don’t care.

Not one ounce of customer service , have never had a good customer service response in any chat or email ever. Sent screenshots of in game errors you get no responses unless to tell you what they can’t do or when you won’t get a response .

You know what? It's a goddamn Casino, chances are that you are gonna lose money. A lot of the reviews on here are people who are upset that they didn't win and that's the way the game goes. You win and you lose. Slot boss is exactly the same as other providers and is well regulated. I don't think you should be able to give a bad review just because you lost. I'm currently around £300 up on all the wagering I've done on slot boss and after verification of my ID it was really easy (If a little slow) to withdraw. If I lose a load of money and end up down, then it happens. It's gambling you're not always gonna win it'd be boring and wouldn't exist as an industry if you always won. I have noticed that after one win which only seems possible when you have made multiple deposits and only when the Bet Is placed at 1 pound or less; if you continue to play on in the hope you will win more, please think twice! My experience is much the same has Emma’s review I deposited £1450 lost £1000 in a few hours then when I try withdrew my money they wasn’t happy with utility bill... passport plus card I deposited on they bizarrely requested me to provide a photo of a lost card!
