Amazing amazing , was just so tender so delicious, perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned, perfect crisp, perfect everything.. Hygiene package, price, customer service everything top top thank youuu

There are great reasons I promote this brand.

They brought back what we used to know in America as customer service. Genuine kindness, happy you are there as a patron, and always hopeful you'll come back. Southern hospitality with heart and a smile.

Their food? I am a retired celebrity Chef. High performance. Redefined what it means to be intense. Perfection was the floor of my standards. Slim Chickens' menu and their execution eviscerates any wanna be competitors. Chicken strips consistently crispy, juicy, great flavor. Their gravy is on point. Sauces excellent. Their garlic toast, fries -- everything they prepare makes me want to toss manners aside for a moment and simply dive in and enjoy.

Sweet tea ... wow. The best I've ever had outside of my kitchens.

One last point, and it is critical. In a world that celebrates mediocrity and the atrociously feeble minded fixation on "ok" standards, Slim Chickens choice to offer customers excellent quality containers also places them at the top. Food stays hot within thick, durable boxes. Drinks are in thick plastic cups. Straws don't bend because they are not flimsy.

I do not, at all, understand the awful and low ratings. Do yourself a favor and consider why there are so many great reviews, and only a smattering of low ones.

Slim Chickens ... we need to talk. I have a vision where we can go together.

Chicken was good quality, but had no seasoning at all, also tasted mostly of sunflower oil. Same story for the chips. Clearly use good Ingredients but can someone please season something. Texas toast tasted like it was sat next to something that was well seasoned.
Coleslaw can be found nicer and any supermarket.

The sauces however were very good I can’t fault that

For the price, you can have a much nicer meal at almost any other eatery

It was amazing and the shop was clean and the cashier was very nice and friendly

We called in to Slim Chickens for breakfast because we were passing and had no idea how AMAZING it was going to be. My son loved the breakfast wrap and found it a taste sensation!
Even the hash browns were creamy and delish!

I ordered the salad. This is the second time they do not have the fried onions (my favourite). They do not inform you, they hope you will not notice the item missing. I wanted to order my 99 pence cookie, guess what? They didn’t have it! And they said that a lot of people are going there to claim it just to be told they don’t have it. This is a very dishonest thing to do, lure customers in with an offer that does not exist. Shame on you.

There chicken strips are not going to lie probably the best chicken iv ever had from a takeaway/fast food restaurant in my entire life!! Not to mention the do FRICKLES! There home made sauces, chips garlic bread just all of it is fantastic. Slim chickens I am your No.1 FAN!

I had one of the worst fast-food experiences I've ever had at Slim Chickens in Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth. We sat down for our eat-in order at 4:57 pm on Tuesday 28th July. My daughter was absolutely starving, so we chose Slim Chickens because we expected it to be a quick meal. Unfortunately, that couldn't have been further from the truth. After waiting 20 minutes with no sign of our food, I went to the counter to ask what was happening. I was told they were short-staffed and apologised to, but was asked to wait another 10 minutes. Ten minutes later, there was still no food, so I went back again. Once again, I was given the same apology about staff shortages and told it would be another 10 minutes. After waiting yet another 10 minutes with still no food, I decided enough was enough and asked for a refund. I was told that only the manager could process refunds, but he was busy working in the kitchen. He eventually came over and said he would process it there and then. In the end, we didn't actually eat until 6:00 pm—over an hour after placing what should have been a simple fast-food order. To make matters worse, the food was incredibly disappointing. The chips were cold, and the overall quality was poor. After such an unacceptable wait, I expected at least a hot, freshly prepared meal, but it certainly wasn't worth the time or the money. I appreciate that businesses can sometimes be short-staffed, but if you know you're running over an hour behind, customers should be told before they order so they can make an informed decision. Instead, we were repeatedly told "10 more minutes," which was simply not true. Overall, the whole experience was dreadful. If you want quick food, you're far better off going to KFC—you'll probably have your meal in under 10 minutes, and, in my opinion, the food is better too. I certainly won't be returning to this Slim Chickens, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a quick, enjoyable meal. To make matters worse, they offered me a £15 voucher as an apology.We decided to use the voucher tonight, Thursday 20 August, at around 7:30pm. We ordered 2 x 4 Tenders meals and I presented the voucher at the till.
The young girl serving us clearly didn't know what to do with the voucher, so I suggested that she try scanning it. The scanner didn't work. She then simply stood there without saying anything or appearing to know what to do next, so I suggested that she get the manager.
The manager came over, looked at me, and then walked away with his mobile phone. When he came back, I asked him what he was doing. He told me he had been trying to call his area manager, but they weren't answering.
I explained that, as the manager of the restaurant, surely he could simply authorise the £15 voucher himself. He told me that he couldn't and that there was nothing he could do.

Really bad hygiene there was an ant in my food at the Wembley outlet slim Chicken and I already ate all of it and saw the ant in the box at the bottom and I threw up

Slims chicken Heathrow- £14 for cardboard chips, and a cold burger. Had run out of ketchup and mayo by 1700. Drinks served 29 min before the food. Staff don’t care. Avoid.

Great food and service

This was my first Slim Chicken experience, which happened to be at the Cheshire Oaks restaurant. My wife and I both went for the Spider Man bundle. What I was pretty shocked by was the overall size of the main chicken burger, it was small! nothing like the portrayed advertised item. The buns themselves are small, but the killer was that the chicken was completely covered by the buns, where as in the official menu picture it clearly shows a good 1/2 inch of chicken on either side beyond the bun size! This meal was meant to come with 2 chicken boneless bites and a special spider bite sauce....we had no boneless bites provided (but extra tender) and no limited edition spider bite sauce (standard BBQ provided). We both upgraded the standard drink to Milkshakes so each meal bundle was £18 and for the size of the main burger I thought wasn't good value. Even though the big selling blurb of this chain is "freshly cooked to order" I found this practice did not make the food taste any better than any other chicken place, in fact my favourite is still KFC who have been knocking it out the park with their recent limited edition burgers and a standard Tower Burger from this chain Is much bigger, tastier and much better value imo. I don't really see myself visiting this chain again.

I spent over £30 this evening with Slims and was so looking forward to my meal as we have ordered from them on a number of occasions. However this evening was so disappointing. I spent £17.95 on buffalo 10 wings meal which are soggy and inedible. I contacted Slims to complain and they didn’t care. They had the audacity to say they were unable go refund me but that I could contact the restaurant to provide them feedback. Clearly the company does not care and I don’t the restaurant will either.
Hopefully this review will save someone from wasting their money and the disappointment.
You can get much better at Wingstop.
