I ordered some nesting tables on feb5 ,2019 . I got a response that its being processed . Its way beyond 5-15 business days and no one responds or emails me back ! Not professional and unresponsive !
My 1st time ordering from an unknown company and I wouldnt recommend it either . Never had problems from wayfair or amazon !

Originally I posted a 2 star review out of frustration with an excessive shipping delay. However, I was contacted by the company who made no excuses for the delay, apologized and really went over and beyond to make the situation right. I now have my merchandise and am very pleased with the service that I ultimately received.

There were some initial issues with a delay in my delivery, but the business owner himself stepped in and resolved the problem. I got my order shortly thereafter, and he took the extra steps to compensate me adequately for the time lost and frustration. I will give the company another chance...their selection is great, prices are fair and I love my new chairs! Thanks for your extra effort to turn the situation around, and I can't wait to order more furniture!

Be sure to read the BAD reviews, I did not and now I am sorry! I have been waiting for an order for over a month past the date it was promised. Reached out to customer service many times via email and directly on the phone. Most of the time you get an answering machine and emails are responded to however they just push off the problem by saying that the manufacturer is having problems and they will have a tracking number for me in a few days. Well, those few days have now been 4 weeks and I still have nothing. I have NEVER written a review for any company but feel compelled to warn people about the issues with this business. Think more than twice before you order something from here!

Easily the worst experience I've had ordering furniture. Never have I ever ordered something 6 weeks ago and am now STILL WAITING TO RECEIVE MY $800 Shipment. Stay away from this company at all costs!!!!

Ordered an item in November 2018 had to check on it multiple times since it never was delivered on date the tracking said. Finally, in January 2019 they notified me it was going to be canceled after I emailed repeatedly asking where it was they informed me I wouldn’t be receiving item since, they don’t carry the item anymore. This coffee table is still on the website. They said it would take up to 15 business days to refund money. On the 15th day no refund was posted yet again I had to reach out and they sent me a receipt saying the posted a refund on the 15th day and in fine print it would take another 10 business days to post to bank account. A month and half to get my refund is absurd. For 4 months they have had my money and no product was ever shipped. Terrible company. Make sure you’re ready to check on your item constantly since, they don’t send you any notifications if things are running behind and be prepared to wait a long time for a refund.

Website is easy to navigate. Ordering process very straightforward. The sofa arrived on time. The workers from the delivery company were very friendly and took care of the sofa during its transportation. The sofa was in excellent condition when delivered. I have also purchased a mattress, bed frame, and a living room table from Sleek Modern Furniture. Their customer service is impeccable. I am very satisfied with their service. I recommend this company to anyone.

We purchased a table from Sleek Modern Furniture on December 12, 2018. Today is January 31, 2019 and we don’t have the table...or a tracking number...or even an estimated ship date. We’ve had the pleasure of exchanging 26 emails and spending over and hour (during 4 phone calls) with Amanda, Catherine and Kaley. They've always been polite, but only offered excuses, not solutions. We were promised tracking numbers numerous times over the last (almost) two months and most recently, three weeks ago, were told we would have a delivery date “probably in week and definitely within two weeks.” Yesterday, Januart 30, 2019, after accepting our payment 7 weeks ago, Catherine went ahead and refunded out order because she “wasn’t confident our order could be fulfilled.” So now we are eating on the floor and we were offered 15% off our next order with Sleek Modern Furniture for the “inconvenience.” Unfortunately, I suspect we won’t be ordered from them again. (Order # 112066)

Found the chairs i wanted but had questions. Customer service was very helpful and were Top NoTCH! WILL BUY AGAIN!

Fraudulent company. Will debit you for purchases and then take months of “business days” to cancel an order for products they probably never had in the first place. Go elsewhere! Avoid the temptation of getting a deal. Listen to the people below. The good reviews are likely company personnel, as there is too far of a gap between customer experiences. (1s and 5 ratings?)

Previously I got some issue with customer service and delivery delay. I gave 5 stars this time. After discussed my issue with the management. They can able to deliver my purchase quickly and I am happy with the outcome. Thanks Michael S!
