My most recently arrived damaged ,alas thru royal Mail . The parcel smelt lovely !
without hesitation Slapiton ,apologied ( on postal service behalf) and duly dispatched a replcement . I was asked to return my initial order in a self print postal slip which cost me nothing other than putting into an envelope .
A great returns service , which will be remembered when I'll about to order more perfume .

The worst experience with an online seller I have ever had. Over six weeks before the perfume I ordered was ready to be despatched. Many promises of imminent delivery never came to anything. My payment through Paypal expired after 30 days as per Paypal policy so they cancelled the order and asked me to order it again. I do not have another six weeks of my life to waste waiting. Dreadful! Steer clear!

I ordered my makeup over a week ago. I contacted them 6 days later as I was surprised it still hadn’t been despatched and was told it was being despatched that day. 4 days later it’s still showing that it hasn’t been despatched and I haven’t received it. I’ve emailed them again, but had no response. Will be trying to ask for a refund. Not happy!

I bought an item on the 19th of March. No item, no response to phonecalls or email for a while. Finally two weeks later after chasing I was told they waited for stock... Managed to receive a refund after chasing... Will not buy again.

Genuine product, a little problem with delivery, but good comms resolved this, smell nice 'n'fresh !

My original order took a week to arrive by Royal Mail, however on re ordering a product the delivery was superb. Ordered Friday, delivered Monday by Royal Mail. Thank you.

Having ordered my perfume I then went onto Slapiton's web page only to find extremely negative reviews. I had a wonderful experience, received my order within 7 days having paid a very good price. Communication with Slapiton - they replied efficiently and politely within the day. I have nothing but good to say other than support this company.

What a joke of a “company” they dont reply to ur emails and they dont answer the phone.
Still not recieved my item.
They are asking for documentation i ordered this product in November 2018...
Of course im not Gonna have any documentation 16 months on!!!

I ordered a product on the 10th of october on the 12th i was sent an email advising the item had been dispatched. On the 18th 6 days later the item had still not arrived!!! I contacted the company who sent me an email falsly advising a calling card had been left as nobody was there to take delivery this was a lie, the item infact was not attempted for delivery until the 20th!!! 10days after my order was placed!!!

This was a present for my brothers birthday who was leaving for australia on friday. He still doesnt hsve it and its now too late!!!

IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY ORDER AT LEAST 2 WEEK BEFORE

This company is a joke! Ordered a Guerlain lipstick back on 24th September, a week later I received my parcel and it was the wrong lipstick. Called them and was told they would send out the correct colour straight away. A few days passed and and it would be sent out last Friday (12th October). Emailed them today and got reply back saying that their was a “production problem” (which I doubt as Guerlain are a massive company and I’m sure department stores have no trouble with stock). Now they are saying that new stock will be in on the 22nd. It is unacceptable to wait a month for the correct product! Have opened a dispute with PayPal and have requested refund ASAP. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered Thalgo product very reasonably priced. Didn't receive order within time limit given, emailed and they did respond saying order had been dispatched that day, received it today 2.5 weeks later.

I placed an order with this company over 2 weeks ago. Still no delivery has arrived, I have tried to call and they never answer there phone. I emailed as soon as I had placed an order and was told 3 days..... They are very slow to reply and send a stock answer that is not true. My advise would be to avoid

Heard nothing until I chased after a week. No one would answer the phone and cannot leave a message. Exchanged e mails was given a date for delivery. This was missed. Exchanged e mails again was given new date was missed again. Exchanged emails again was told they had tried to deliver they had not. Finally arrived almost 3 weeks after placing the order. I won't be using them ever again!

I would say that this company has borderline stolen money from me. I ordered two perfumes for my wife an an aftershave for myself on 31/07/2018. I recieved the aftershave and one of the perfumes but not the second perfume on 03/08/2018.

I sent an email on 03/08/2018 asking for an update on the missing item, i recieved a reply from Sophie stating that it was sent out that day and i should recieve it in a couple of days. A couple of days go by and nothing so i decide to call them. The person on the phone states that it will take another couple of days, which i reluctantly accept as a response.

Forward to 10/08/2018 and still nothing, i email the company back and request a refund as it is clearly not going to arrive and i recieve a reply stating that the parcel has been awaiting collection and a redelivery has been requested for the following Tuesday.

I called them again on 15/08/2018 and was told that the item will be tracked again and i will get an email. Well suprise suprise....nothing. It is now 18/08/2018 and what should have been a gifdt for my wife and our anniversary has turned into an absolute annoyance.

I really think this company is a one man band or a husband/wife team working out of a garage as there is an absolute lack of Customer Service.

I will be giving it until 31/08/2018 which will be a month before going to trading standards and registering a complaint.

Ordered two items, charged for both although one was permanently removed from the range, as I discovered on contacting customer services. I was promised refund but over a month later, nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
