I needed a visa for Switzerland in a short time, and Skytravel Global got me an appointment to fast and helped me get all my documents together. Everything went really smoothly.

Although I had a couple of hiccups with my visa application, Skytravel Global sorted things out quickly and I got everything squared away.

I’m extremely frustrated with how this company handled my inquiry. I initially reached out via WhatsApp and had to wait for hours for a response. When I followed up with additional questions, there was no reply.

I then tried calling them through WhatsApp and their phone number, but no one answered.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. If you’re considering using their services, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. They clearly don’t value their customers.

So I came across their website via Google and after reading some more I thought I'd give it a go and see if I can get an appointment through them as I've had no luck myself.
Now on their website it said visa appointment service £175 and visa application £75 which takes it to £250 but when I contacted them they first quoted me £495. When I pointed it out to them what it says on their website they told me yeah I'm correct it's £250 and it was some confusion.
So hesitantly I still went with them to apply for a visa for us and since then I've been ghosted. No replies to WhatsApp messages nothing. There's no number to call or anything. Only WhatsApp messages.
It's been more than a month and still no word from them. Avoid!!

I cannot recommend this agency enough! I had a tricky Schengen application so I needed a lot of guidance and support. The people from SkyTravel responded to every single one of my questions and queries and helped me through the whole process. I received a one year Schengen visa and am so relieved. I waited nearly a month and half for German visa appointment, total waste of time i would not recommend to anyone, poor communication poor service. They do not exist!

We couldn't attend the first interview they got us, and I reached out to them again and they assured me a new date, without making another payment. In no time they got my family and I another date, assisted in filling the application form and assisted in hotel reservations, etc. Very helpful all through. We were granted our visas. Thank you for your help and professionalism.
