I placed an order and the web site said in stock, so I ordered it and immediately called them to confirm they actually had it in stock. They said one of the items was not actually in stock and had a 40 day lead time. I canceled the order right then and there on the phone not more than a couple of minutes after placing the online order. And found another vendor that actually had it.
I get my credit card and it shows me being charged for the part of the order Sky Geek had in stock. over $1000, They would not refund my purchase because they have a policy about certain items not being cancelable, even though not 10 minutes had elapsed after placing the order.
Order number was 214008.

Placed an order in July it's now December. I keep getting told it's on back order but shipping in September, once September gets there I check and they tell me it should ship on the 12th, then after the 12th they tell me Oct. and it repeats. Only communication is after I sit on hold for 5 min. to talk to someone and them give me bad info.

Placed my order three weeks ago. Then suddenly it was cancelled. The company offered no apologies for the delay or inconvenience.

Placed my order one month ago. Still have not received the product and the status of the order has not changed. Waiting for response from the seller.

If you sell a product you should know what your selling! How can you be productive in sales if you don't know the basic information on the product you list on your website.

The immediate respose from your company is "BANG, not interested in attempting to help you with your query"

why would anyone contact this company? Terrible Sales ethics.

Extremely POOR Service !

Purchased gill g35 battery and can of paint. After 2 weeks order still said processing. Called and they said error on there part, order will ship in 2 days. A week later still processing. Now says battery 2 weeks out. Very hesitant to cancel order.

1 star - I would highly recommend staying AWAY from Skygeek! they do not stand behind their products they sell.
--update-- 3 star - after this review they now want to stand behind their product.

I ordered the belt, and before it shipped, my mechanic called to say he didn't need it. I called customer service and asked to cancel. CSR said "no problem" if it has already shipped, call us for a RMA. Two messages to CS without a reply and held on phone for over 40 minutes and no answer.

Calling credit card company this week to get my money back.

Skygeek is an unmitigated disaster on this one.

I purchased some paint (a little pricey but that is Aerospace) i paid to ship same day and send NDA. I did not receive my product till 2 day later tried to contact SkyGeek to talk about and received NO Response from SkyGeek as if they dont care!!

It took me more than four months to get the item after I ordered it, even though I wanted it early.
Even if I made inquiries about the product many times, the response was very poor.

I regret not having to order on this site.

The only reason for not getting full stars was the fact that there was a slight delay in the collection date due to stock shortage, but other than that, excellent service. It's always a pleasure doing business with you. :D

Still havent received my fuel primer line

UPDATE: received line, exactly as described and my plane is back in the air. In hindsight I don’t think it was fair to knock skygeek for slow shipping considering what’s going on with the shipping industry lately

Parts I needed in stock, fast delivery, no issues at all. Not the first time we’ve used them and won’t be the last. Good company to do business with.

With all the supply chain issues we're all experiencing, we've been scrambling to find epoxy and mixer nozzles. Other vendors were coming up with empty promises and missing the mark. It was incredibly discouraging.

We were in a pickle. A small manufacturer who still has high demands coming in. The wait is legitimate! We have this at least 75% of our vendors. We were able to get enough to get us over the hump. I am incredibly grateful.

Customer service is working their tails off. They're transparent and can hustle. Given our demands, we cannot use SkyGeek as a vendor at all times but they are on my list of emergency contacts for these items!

Overall a very good experience with my order, even though it took a couple of tries to get it right. I was looking for a compass mount. Unfortunately, their website had the wrong part number associated with the photo of the compass mount. When I received the incorrect mount, It didn't take long to get it all sorted out, and I now have the compass mount I wanted in the first place.
