Fantastic customer service. From Michael Excellent advice and a very personable man. Easy to deal with. Great experience.

Not very happy. Got stopped at the sky stand. The advisor Raj stopped me and asked if I wanted free add ons not telling me that they were free for 2 months. I didn’t ask for the add ONS as I’m keeping to a budget but raj just put them on and when I got home I noticed a email saying thank you for adding content. I would let people know not to stop for raj as all he cares about is badgering to get a sale.

Michael made the switch so easy and comfortable and made me laugh throughout the conversation. A very warm and enthusiastic and knowledgeable person. Michael made my morning by doing the switch from virgin and saving me some money. Well done. Highly recommend

Hi raj was very excellent today and help me cut my old contract down in price and have received more for less now that I have join sky.

Micheal in Telford has been wonderful I’ve been phoning sky for weeks and they have been awful come to Telford and resolved very quickly

Reps at sky especially Liam, were very helpful in getting me the best deal possible even beating my current provider by some distance really happy with the deal but dealing with sky direct is the issue wrong quantity of equipment turned up not willing to rectify the mistake had to unfortunately cancel after 48 hours sky help desk not interested.

Raj was great, he go me an upgrade on tv and phone, extremely helpful, polite and all round an amazing person!
