Sitting Spiritually of Lyme Regis Bewertungen

From the moment I first looked at the website to when the swing arrived Sitting Spiritually have been wonderful. Talking with Martin on the telephone was like talking to a friend. He and the rest of the staff were so helpful, efficient and reassuring. The quality of the workmanship is amazing and the swing and my little ammonite table are gorgeous. I am hoping to visit them next time we drive West.

I recently bought a swing seat from this company and wish I could give the service I received and the seat 10 stars! The seat is sublimely comfortable both for sitting and lying on and with the springs very gently moves with the breeze as well as any movement from myself. The only issue I have is that work in the garden and elsewhere has ground to a halt as I sway gently admiring the view (or snoozing!). A must have in any garden.

Exceptional craftsmanship, quality & service. I am delighted with my swing chair. Martin’s advice was invaluable.
They went above & beyond throughout & even took the time to follow up after I’d received my swing seat.
Delighted! Thank you.

Great food and well worth booking a table. We had the fish platter and it was fantastic followed by a cheese board. The staff were very attentive and polite. Highly recommended 👍

Our swing seat was prepared on time the workmanship is fantastic, everyone was friendly and we are delighted with the end product.

As a company our experience with Sitting Spiritually were lovely to deal with and our client is very happy with the swing that was build for us, we will definitely look forward to working with them again.

Perfect in every way, stunning quality and craftsmanship

I have recenlty taken delivery of my Tranquillity oak swing seat. Elegant design, excellent craftsmanship. Delivered in the time-slot advised and quickly and carefully assembled. A pleasure to relax on and an eye-catching focal point at the end of the garden.

We are so pleased that we decided to invest in high quality workmanship and personal service that Sitting Spiritually provide.
Having researched swing seats from a variety of companies I decided to contact Sitting Spiritually for more information. The excellent, personal service started from this very first enquiry to the delivery of a superbly constructed pergola and very comfortable seat.
It was a pleasure to meet the team who had made the garden furniture, especially Alex who was justifiably pleased with the seat he had made. We anticipate many hours of relaxation and pleasure in the garden, even if we do have to remind the grandchildren that it isn’t a swing.
Thank you for the personal support and advice, it is a real strength of your company.

Our Sitting Spiritually swing seat has already brought tremendous joy, and opened up a whole area of the garden we previously were not able to enjoy. The craftsmanship is world class, and the service from end to end a complete pleasure. Well done to all of the team at Sitting Spiritually for creating something magical.

Very helpful team. We had the four seater swing seat which is an excellent product. Really well made. One word of caution and we did think this before we bought it. It will seat three comfortably but four will be a squeeze in our view.

I was very fortunate to win my garden seat in an RHS raffle. The staff at Sitting Spiritually were very approachable and helpful and worked around my schedule for making the seat. Delivery was made within the allocated two hour time frame and the seat was put in place by the driver. I am delighted with it and find it a comfortable place to relax in the sun. I would recommend the product and the company to anyone wanting a quality piece of garden furniture. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a telephone call from the company to ensure that the seat had been delivered and that I was happy with it.

We are really please with our purchase from Sitting Spiritually, the company was great to deal with from start to finish.

I have recently taken delivery of a swing seat from Sitting Spirtually. It is really lovely,
a great asset to the garden . The service was brilliant from start to finish , the poor man that came to set it up had to work through Sun , Rain and Hail ! I am looking forward to spending many happy hours on it during the summer.

As a product, the build quality is faultless. Pre-delivery communication was good and organisation around installation trouble free. What we have issue with having gone to great trouble to prepare a newly flagged area for the swing chair is two points. 1. A complete lack of communication around stain seepage from the wood and 2. How long this would happen.

The picture taken is 6 weeks ager installation. The flags have been deep cleaned already 3 times. My elderly mother who is awaiting a hip replacement having spent nearly £4,000 on a chair to remember her late husband is upset by the need for constant cleaning. At no point was it made clear leading up to the purchase or on delivery that so much effort would be required. If we had only spent £400-500 yes you would take it on the chin, but not having spent so much.

As a final point I find the follow up communication from the company deeply disrespectful. I wrote an email asking for advise. I received no response, but a care leaflet was posted to my mum. The care leaflet she should have been given on the day of delivery. I find the cold style of responding, a stark contrast to the warm friendly pre-order approach (before we paid!).

So in short - a good product, but customer support and communication lacking....... Its a shame they don't feel any obligation to their customers

Thank you to the Sitting Spiritually team for sending a rope swing to Dublin ... this is a really well made piece of garden furniture. The quality of craftsmanship is really good (and I am generally hard to please) and it looks like this will last us for a very long time ... I am a very happy customer. Also, it was a pleasant surprise that you marked our commission with the planting of a new tree through "Creating Tomorrow’s Forests" ... this is more than a nice touch; it reflects the high quality of my experience in dealing with Sitting Spiritually. Thank you Martin, Siobhan & Co. Donal

We are thrilled to have got our beautiful seat. The whole process was made super easy by this brilliant company and we even got a photo of the seat once completed in the factory. Couldn’t recommend highly enough

First class product and service, a pleasure from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Sitting Spiritually.

We are so pleased with our swing seat! It has arrived with the sunshine, perfect! It's beautiful, well made and we are enjoying it so much already. Everyone at Sitting Spiritually has been helpful and friendly. We have been kept informed all the way through the process and the delivery team from Saturn Removals were great. Very glad we opted for the drinks shelves, very useful! Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. We ordered the children’s tree swing for my daughters birthday and as an extremely kind gesture, they arranged for next day delivery for us. Both of our children age 2 and 4 are absolutely loving this swing. It is extremely well made and worth every penny. Clear, easy instructions for hanging it safely. Thank you so much for this wonderful swing and for your wonderful customer service. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you and order from you again. Kate Pryor
