Carwyn, my sales executive knows what he was doing, he was warm and had all the information we required and more. When I came to Sinclair to order my car from London I had my son come with me. After I ordered my car, my son decided to order his new car from Carwyn as well, and I can assure you that he has looked at, and spoken to other car dealers, but chose Sinclair because of Carwyn's knowledge and warmth.

Joshua was excellent, however, little lack of communication in the first week. Agreed to purchase vehicle on a Thursday and apparently the prep would take a week. Did not hear anything the next week until 5.45 pm on the Friday to state a new part was required so vehicle not ready until the weds of following week. Collected vehicle after 2 weeks and dash not wiped down, large cobweb on dash to interior mirror. Full tank of fuel turned out to be just over half, clock an hour behind. A little disappointed with the finer details but excellent vehicle and impressed with Josh Tomkins knowledge of vehicle and patience. Thank you 🙏

Overall I am very plased with the service received and I look forward to building a close relationship with the Ludlowe dealership to ensure my Defender 110 is maintained according to my requirements.

Well, talk about going above and beyond ... ! Super helpful in sourcing a car at short notice. Sales staff were totally upfront and honest, which is perhaps a bit of a rarity in today's world of short term gain and 'in-and-out-of-the-door' attitude.
