Great customer service
Recently bought a 2nd hand A3. From my initial enquiry through to collecting the car, the whole experience was really good. Efficient service and helpful video. However misleading and incorrect work required information which, if I hadn't queried it, would have led to a significant unnecessary spend. Your email asking whether I wanted a valuation was not provided without me having to prompt the person in the shop
