Hice un pedido de unas aletas, no llego nunca. Habiendo pasado más de 40 días y un montón de reclamaciones, me envían un albarán sin firma alguna, ni número de DNI, indicando que me ha sido entregado, cuando el domicilio de entrega había quedado vacío hacia una semana y no había absolutamente nadie que lo recogiera. Se nos habían acabado las vacaciones!
Finalmente, tras 40 días del pedido sin recibirlo, más de 5 correos reclamando el reembolso o el producto pagado, me envían una documento a rellenar con declaración jurada como que no he recibido el pedido.
Obviamente la he firmado y firmaría 10. Pero no podrían haber tomado esta medida hace casi un mes? Dicen que me mandaran las aletas, espero no tener que esperar otros 45 días. Lamentable
Servicio pésimo e inaceptable de atención al cliente.
A fecha 28 de noviembre y tras multitud de correos intercambiados, sigo sin tener mi pedido. Dicen haberme enviado de nuevo el paquete pero esto no es así. Ni me han enviado el paquete ni devuelven mi dinero.

My wetsuit arrived promptly and was packaged in compostable or recyclable cardboard and tissue. Excellent value. Just great.

The snorkel I bought arrived in an envelope, loosely wrapped inside in brown paper only (no sealed packaging etc). Not very hygienic!

I have bought two drysuit undergarments and they arrive either on the day estimated or earlier. The products are also amazing for value - cheaper than other places I have looked.

For the price my expectations of the product were reserved. I was proved wrong! A sturdy change mat and a good size to (plenty of room to faff). Can easily be wiped clean or hung to dry off.
I bought three in total, two as a treat for my swim buddies. I think they will be more than pleased when they receive them.

If I had to compare to anything else, it would be Amazon Prime which I Love the most. You can try things and return Hussle free and for free if something doesn't fit and it's all happening lightning fast.
