Good product range at decent prices and efficient service
Used this company several times over the years and they've always been reliable. Good product range at decent prices and efficient service.
I had one faulty bulb in the past which they replaced promptly and without any fuss.

Cooker hood replacement bulbs
I purchased some replacement cooker hood light bulbs that wouldn’t work, although they fit perfectly. I emailed SimplyLed to ask for advice and they sent a link with the advice to check all of the specifications of the bulb, which I had clearly already done. I thought they would want to check the make/model of the hood and provide advice based on this. However, there was no advice about what I could do next. I would say though, they were very prompt in their response and I would definitely try them again.
