The item I ordered (at a very good price) arrived extremely quickly and I was kept informed of its whereabouts on a regular basis. One small item was missing from the delivery but an email to the company resulted in an apology and another quick delivery of the missing item.

I ordered a large tent and added a 2-3 day delivery cost, it actually arrived the next day, all as described.

I had to phone the customer service as I had made a mistake with an order at Simply Hike and forgot to add an item. They could not have been more helpful, they immediately cancelled that order and a refund was made to my paypal account. Then they told me to just reorder with the extra item added - this also then made the postage nil, as the order was over £25. Brilliant, best customer service I have had in years.

I researched my intended purchase online and Simply Hike came out as the best value around. My Berghaus jacket arrived promptly and well packaged. I couldn't ask for anything more.
