Words fail you ? I was told they were going to be 8 days, 15 days ago. I then received an email telling me they were going to be with your Lincolnshire dept on the 12th and that I would have them on the 13th but now you’re telling me they were not posted until the 14th ?
Trust Pilot isn’t just for positive reviews, it’s for potential customers to gauge the company and other peoples experience. You told me you’ve never had an issue with any other customer ( internet reviews say otherwise ) which should mean you have nothing to worry about and my review will simply be ignored but I’ve had my say.

I got a gift voucher for my birthday for this store. Sadly I can't find a pair suitable for my needs and the jacket I wanted was not in my size. I called up and explained my situation and they have kindly refunded the payment. No issues. Great customer service and I will be back for other bits in the future.

They took payment and didn't dispatch the item. They also don't respond to emails. Please avoid and buy from elsewhere

I ordered a Trangia camping stove set but the wrong model was sent. Having read some of the negative reviews about SimplyHike and comments about not responding to emails I thought I had made a terrible mistake ordering with them. However a quick phone call to customer service and Tony confirmed the correct model was in stock and that it would be sent out immediately with a prepaid return label for the wrong product to be returned.
As promised the (correct) replacement did indeed arrive the following morning with the return label.
Although it would have been better to get it right first time, I cant fault Simply Hike for resolving the matter within 24 hours. I dont often write reviews (and there's more motivation to write a complaint than a commendation), but in this case I felt it was important to highlight my positive experience, and I would use them again. Maybe the key with SimplyHike is to phone rather than email if there's an issue.

I ordered from Simply Hike on 10th November and have not received my order. I emailed their customer service email address on 24th November and asked them to cancel my order and issue me with a refund for the 83.95 I paid to them but have heard absolutely nothing back. Maureen Hadlow

Ordered croc sandals for my summer holiday. Didn’t arrive in time. Returned them for a refund. Have not received a refund and no reply when I contacted them via website. I’m £60 out of pocket and not impressed. Terrible service and zero customer care. It’s been a few months now so have given up hearing from them but just want to warn others of my poor experience with Simply Hike.
UPDATE - I was contacted by Simply Hike immediately after this review was posted and I now have a full refund. It’s a shame it took a bad review for contact but to be fair it’s now been fully resolved. So thank you.

Ordered a hat online, no acknowledgement of order, no update on delivery and surprise, surprise, the item hasn't arrived. Oh and of course, they don't respond to customer service emails - if it's not a scam it's a good imitation

I ordered a bag for a weekend break, carefully ordering a medium sized bag due to the capacity of items I wanted to take with me. It arrived on time however the bag was the smaller size instead of the medium sized bag I specifically ordered. I was promised a refund of the difference in pricing between small/ medium on July 26th and 1 month later I am yet to receive anything despite sending multiple follow up emails. If I wanted to the small version I would have bought it from another retailer at a cheaper price however I came to Simply Hike as I wanted the medium bag and it was sold out everywhere despite Simply Hike charging £20+ more for the bag.

I placed an order for some croc sandals which were already over-priced in comparison to other sites as it is by £20+ on the 9th of July. It has been over 2 weeks now and I am yet to have received these which is highly frustrating as I needed them for a city break I am going on this week. I have emailed the customer care address and not had any acknowledgment or a single reply back to try and help or resolve this solution. Very disappointing, do not recommend and will not be buying from this brand again!

I needed to get a backpack quickly. I just missed their deadline for next day delivery so I rang them up instead and they said to leave the order as standard delivery and they would make sure it went on next day, which they did. The backpack arrived today before lunchtime and I could not be happier with it and the service.

Bought a roof top tent and used the 10% discount code a few days ago. The same day I was refunded and told it wasn’t in stock any longer and they would inform me when it was back in stock. The roof tent appeared straight back online and is still available now. I emailed them the following week and suddenly the price has gone up by £300 and they have 5 in stock and they won’t honour my original purchase… not great

All arrived before Christmas! Pleased with the quality and price!

Loving this coat so far. Not too heavy but still seems like it will be just right for the colder months ahead. Love the styling. Great purchase and it was a bonus that it was on sale.

I was very pleased,this was the first time I had used this company. i wanted to replace my favourite trousers and they were selling them for almost half the price of other companies . The delivery was very quick too.

Ordered a hat, unfortunately ordered the wrong size. Returned for exchange however size required was out of stock so a refund was issued promptly and hassle free. Will definitely be shopping with them again soon.

I have been Robbed by Simply Hike.
I ordered a coat off them 2 fridays ago for £120, I waited the full 6 days for it to arrive and on the last day they tell me they haven’t got my coat, I recently ripped my coat and haven’t had one, so this whole week I’ve been cold, because of simply hike. They said I will receive a refund, they said that the refund would be in my bank within 48 hours, About 3 and a half days later it’s still not in my bank and they haven’t replied to me in 3 days. Because I haven’t got this money I can’t buy a new coat anyway meaning an extra few days without a new coat. As far as I’m concerned I’ve been Robbed by Simply Hike and I will not buy off them again and continue to tell people about this experience until I feel They’ve made it up to me, it’s not just the money at this point I just want to be able to go outside without being cold. Awful experience.

The offer was still on the site after more than 12 hours since I ordered. Let's say it was a system error. But you had plenty of time to notice me and start the refund procedures. The refund was made( at least I hope) by phone after I called to check the order, 30 minutes before your closing time. I lost time, got my money blocked and lost the opportunity to order from another place to have it on the time that I needed it. No excuses, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

False marketing. I ordered a jacket from the site, order HI48642, for a Saturday delivery. On the site it said that the jacket is in stock. Friday at 4:30 I called them because I haven't received any mail to find out that the jacket is not on stock and I will receive a refund. Apparently refund takes 48 hours, even tough they took the money in seconds, so at the moment I have No Jacket and No Money! FALSE ADVERTISING!

I googled for a Montane Isotope Hoodie. This site offered the cheapest option, with a great shipping rate to Ireland. I must say, that I am very impressed with the service. Hoodie arrived in a few days, just in time to wear in the stand watching Munster beat Sarries. It is a great hoodie and when worn with a base and a jacket- it is very warm. I highly recommend this site. I will buy from them again.
