We completed the application and within minutes had a phone call. They talked through everything we needed to know and quickly told us we had been accepted. We were then kept up to date about appointments and all documents that we had sent in. Very quickly after this we had a call to arrange for the surveyor to visit. During this visit he was thorough and told us what needed to be done and what to expect.
We then a few days later received a call to arrange for the loft insulator and electrician to come out and fit an extractor fan and insulation in the loft. Once this was completed we quickly received a call from the manager booking us in the following day for the boiler to be installed. Three men arrived to carry out the works, they were all very friendly, tidy, efficient and informative. They made sure I had all information on what they were doing each step of the way. Once finished they went through the new system with me and how to manage this on my phone. They left the house tidy and had put everything back they had moved.
We later had a visit from someone to check the works carried out and sign the property off. The whole process was easy and everyone was informative and nothing too much for them. We are very happy.

I recently had loft insulation and a brand new boiler fitted with simply eco. I'm so happy I chose this company as they were fantastic with everything. It took approximately 4 weeks from initially contacting them and everybody I dealt with was so helpful and friendly. The man that came to fit the boiler had a difficult job because of the position but he said we brilliant and got to work so quickly. I would have loved to have given five stars to Chris and his crew but, through no fault of their own, this was clearly a two day job, total central heating replacement.
They worked flat out for eleven hours and were clearly out on their feet, so I told them my wife and I, both 79 years old, would tidy up which was a massive job that could have been done comfortably over two days

Simply eco have been brilliant following the breakdown of my elderly mums old boiler it happened a week after Xmas 24 when the weather turned really cold… she had no heating or hot water… they came out and surveyed the house which included getting the loft insulated then after the application was completed literally 2/3 weeks her boiler was getting fitted by 2 really nice plumbers… thank you for making the experience stress free for mum and me… definitely recommend 🙂

When I first made enquiry they were happy to take the time to explain the process, someone came around and looked at the work required to replace my decrepit boiler.
I had a reminder message of the time in which the surveyor would arrive, the person that came out was polite and explained everything from removal, pipework, and installation. They booked me in for the installation, which was quick and efficient, the person who installed the new boiler was brilliant. He removed the old back boiler with care, and left everything clean and tidy,
My partner was shown how to work the new boiler and nothing was too much trouble. Details were left in case we had any problems.

I suffer with disabilities and conditions, and I was highly recommended SimplyEco. I contacted them, I was pleasantly surprised I was eligible for help. SimplyEco rang and made an appointment for Survey Engineer to look over my 30 year old home. After examining I was told I would get some free modernisations. The loft insulation, and ventilation which was efficiently and professionally handled in no time. On inspection my original boiler was found to be only 60 per cent efficient?? SimplyEco fitted a superb new Worcester Bosch Boiler, by a marvellous engineer who detailed every single thing he did. He was amazing. Clean, tidy, knowledgeable, incredibly efficient. He fitted boiler easily in a day and left me with a terrific boiler which I could instantly see on my energy meter started saving me money. Through whole process I was kept informed and updated the whole time. SimplyEco I cannot recommend them highly enough to you. Once I was happy, they booked me in for the installation, which was quick and efficient, and worked around myself as I work shifts.
Aaron and Jordon who installed the new boiler were brilliant. They again what was going where and why, removed the old back boiler with care, and left everything clean and tidy!
Aaron showed me how to work the new boiler and nothing was too much trouble. Contacts details were left in case I had any problems which I have not needed.

Brilliant from initial contact to survey, customer support and contact, arranging survey of neglected house, fitting wall and loft insulation, new boiler pipes and radiators. went above and beyond. All tradesman superb, fitted whole central heating system in 6 hrs. Couldnt recommend this company enough .10/10

We had a new boiler fitted but first we had to have trickle vents in the windows and loft insulation, the loft team were great with absolutely no problems at all, they were very clean and made sure everything was spot on before they left, they also done the trickle vents and was fast and very professional, the boiler installer came a few days later and was very good considering he had more work to do than he originally thought but carried on regardless, I would 100% recommend this service to anyone, thanks very much for your hard work.
