I have attempted to place orders for minimal things since January. The order is accepted then cancelled a day later with no explanation on the app or email as to why. I figured it was because I placed limits on my card. However having tried to pay with my credit account they then tell me they can no longer offer me one. I have been a customer for over 10 years and pay off the account on time each time. I checked my credit score with my bank and its deemed excellent. I tried the customer service team and they are always offline even during office hours. Worse than that I receive post and emails with offers telling me how much I have £1500 on my credit account to spend. Avoid this place at all costs, punishing loyal customers for no reason

Absolutely terrible experience for my first purchase from Simply Be. I ordered a TV that was lost by the courier. Every customer service agent I spoke to was rude and unhelpful, and they actively refused to refund me for the lost item. One representative named Mike told me he had raised a complaint with Evri, however, I found out this was never actually done. They are completely useless and the customer service department needs serious training.
I will never order from them again. Since it has been over a week and they still haven't processed anything, I have now had to do a chargeback with my bank to get my money back. Avoid this company.

Firstly I have been a customer for over 10years. I have never had an issue with them previously but the last order. App changes have been horrific.
1. Ordered apple headphones that turned out to incompatible with my phone. Opened but NOT used. They outright refused. I could not geta hold of ANYONE. Bots and emails and couldn't have given less of a damn if they tried. Culminated in an email stating "you are liable that's the last we have to say on the matter". So now I have £500 headphones that I cannot use despite.
2. I've returned 2 bathing suits. They have marked one as being returned but I cannot see this [properly anywhere on my account due to how they set up the new app. Just their say so. I do however have a refund that says "lost on transit" however this doesnt have a item code reference number so I can tally it against which one it was and check that the other has been refunded as well. AGAIN nothing is clear and my total owing doesnt add up.
3. My account should BE CLEARLY understood , I should be able to check where the amount the company is demanding tally's up. CLEARLY.

Avoid this company. I had to call customer services to arrange a return as the web site wasn’t showing my order and had problems getting into my account. That phone call cost me over £13!!!!! What a scam, disgusted.

I have been a customer of Simply Be for a long time and never had any major issues until recently. I placed an order on April 29th only to be notified days later that it had been cancelled without any reason. I then noticed my credit limit had been removed without explanation. I contacted their customer service on chat and they were useless. I waited another week for someone to send me an email but it was just a load of nonsense about credit scores which doesn’t relate to me because my score is good. I was assured that my credit score had been restored and I could place the order again with 10% off. However, the very same day the order was cancelled again and my credit score disappeared again.
I contacted them and even put in a formal complaint, but they have given me the runaround for nearly a week. The email I received today was the final straw going on about credit scores and checking people out when they place an order, but not actually offering me any help. So, I have now requested my account to be closed and I advise anyone thinking of signing up with this company not to bother unless you want to go through the same hassle.

I collected a dress at selected shop on 3rd April and returned it as was not suitable on 6th April email from shop also from Evri say they have the parcel and are returning it back to simply b as I have not received refund I have phone customer service 6 times also sent them copies of emails and telling me I need a tracking number which I gave them and they are saying the number wrong as it was the one when I received it and need another that I just cannot get so goodbye £54 my last time I shop with them
Order cancelled after full payment with no clear explanation
I placed an order with Simply Be and paid in full, only to receive an email shortly afterwards saying my order had been cancelled because it “didn't meet our internal requirements”. There was no clear explanation of what this actually means or what the issue was.
Overall, the lack of transparency around why the order was cancelled, has left me with a poor impression of Simply Be’s ordering and payment process.

monthly payment never goes down when interest rates fall. They won't accept a payment on a certain day of the month like a credit card. They are hard to talk to via email. I would never recommend this company to anyone even their sister company JDWilliams is just as bad

Absolute joke ordered a suitcase for daughter birthday on 7 th May should have been delivered on Friday 15th. No sign of this and upon calling them today I’ve been told that they have escalated to their support team who will respond within 3 working days. Sent a *letter* a week late saying order was out of stock
I ordered an occasion dress, that was definitely in stock according to the product page, on Monday. I didn’t get any correspondence for the whole week from Simplybe following my initial order. Then yesterday (Saturday), they sent me a *letter* informing me the dress I ordered was out of stock. What company in this day and age sends a bloody letter to inform you that your order was cancelled? I could’ve been informed of this via email of text far quicker but instead they sent me a letter nearly a week later. I was assuming I’d have the dress after waiting nearly a week for it so now I’ve lost out and am scrambling around last minute.
This is genuinely shocking customer service and I won’t be risking spending any money with them ever again. I still can’t get over the fact they sent a letter in the post nearly a week after I ordered! All their 1 star reviews are totally justified and I encourage customers to think before ordering from Simplybe, take your money elsewhere to a company that’s trustworthy and reliable.
Don’t expect anything from Simply Be
This company has no heart. I have been very badly treated by them. Ordered a dress next day delivery for my son’s wedding party. It didn’t arrive for over a week and was too late. The package had been damaged in transit, so I didn’t open it in case it was damaged. I explained and sent photos. I explained I no longer wanted it. They wanted me to return it at my own cost and IF they felt it was damaged they would replace it although I no longer wanted it. The only thing they did was refund the £1 extra I paid for next day delivery. Heartless company.

Ordered 3 pieces of furniture from the same range. Built the bookcase and it was so wobbly and the cupboard doors were basically in separate postcodes. On that basis I did not want to keep the bookcase or the other 2 items so arranged to send them back. It's been 4 weeks and counting and I am still waiting for the final item to be collected to be returned. I have been trying to liaise with Simply Be but their returns team don't speak to anyone by phone, only email so I have to wait days inbetween each correspondence only to be asked 'have they been collected?' Honestly the most exhausting and frustrating experience. Given the time it's taking to actually get items collected I am now well out of the returns period but being told by email that I need to use the returns portal...which I cannot do because the order is out of the returns period. When I finally am given a date for Evri to collect the parcel it's not collected. I am now on collection date 2 and quelle surprise....it's not been collected. This is the 4th time I've taken it out of the shed to leave out to get home from work to find it hasn't been collected and put it back in the shed. I honestly do not know what to do. Absolute shambles. Customer service is awful and unhelpful
