Competitive pricing and excellent delivery - ordered an Acer desktop at 4:50pm and it arrived the next day!

I recommend simply acer. They had the best price for the laptop I was looking for. Quick delivery no problems at all.

lovely computer, fast, quiet, Build quality feels good & sturdy excellent value for the money. Simplyacer have been excellent in every way, very helpful at customer service, can't praise them enough. Delivery very fast, Not so sure about Windows 8.1 though will take some getting used to as I'm used to Windows XP. But what I've seen so far with the apps is very nice. Not much chance to explore it yet but first impression is I am glad I bought this Acer.

This is the third laptop I have bought from them in the last 18 months. 2 of them were for family members and 1 for a friend. Their security was good as they checked who I was etc when I wanted one delivered to a different address than my billing address. The laptops came well packed and I cannot fault the delivery as it came within the hour that was designated. I am well pleased so far with the laptops as are my friends.

I am very pleased with the laptop, it is everything I was hoping for so thank you for providing it at a good price. I found it a bit odd that the delivery people did not realise I wanted it delivered to my Workplace (BMW in Bracknell as ordered) which delayed delivery a day as they tried to deliver it to our home when no-one was there. Perhaps you could check this with them. Also, it would have helped me if there had been some Windows 8.1 simple starter type help as I am new to it and have found it quite confusing. I guess you cannot give any help, but I am still having a few issues with email in Outlook I cannot solve and woud rather not have had to deal (deleting) with unwanted software which clogs up my efforts to load what I do want on the system. Anyway I am still very pleased, thank you!

I have used Simply Acer many times and I have to say the service is second to none. Delivery service is exceptional with text messages keeping you informed all the way and even giving you a one hour window for delivery. In the past I had to return something and was given a full refund without any problems.
I have one bad thing to say though. I chose a desktop from the website and was careful to pick one that illustrated having a keyboard and mouse but when it arrived there was no keyboard & mouse. I rang the company and had it explained to me that the pictures were for illustration only, which i think is very misleading. Sure enough the website does say "these photos are for illustration only" but since the text was very small and I was in a rush i didn't see it. Fair enough, it does say on the site but i do think it's lazy at best and pretty tricky at worst of Simply acer to portray their products inaccurately. So, make sure you read ALL the pages of the description and call them if you are not sure BEFORE you order. Otherwise you may be disappointed.

Phoned Thursday about 10:30am to check they had what I wanted. They warned that due to my location they could not guarantee delivery in less than 2 working days, so I should opt for the standard delivery charge. In fact, delivery was Friday at 9am, less than 24 hours later. So they saved me money and delivered early. Impressive!

Ordering was very simple on the well presented website with excellent communications on order status. My order was flagged for fraud review due to credit card company and the matter was dealt with rapidly by the customer services team including text and email to warn in advance. Once this was resolved the order was shipped and arrived 48 hours earlier than expected. Ordered Monday night, payment issue picked up 9.30am Tues , shipped same day, arrived Weds lunchtime. Excellent price, excellent service, excellent company.

I ordered my new computer very late in the afternoon by the order and collect option and it arrived ready to pick up the following afternoon. This was much faster than I expected as delivery was free. Excellent service and I would recommend Simply Acer without hesitation.
