Cold called with a better broadband deal,lied,got stuck in useless contract with Shell? After very long calls emails etc still trying to get out of it?
Hang up if they call you

Currys /simply digital combination is bad news. Charged me £10 for a Virgin service I am not entitled to( as I am an existing client which i pointed this out to the Currys sales person)
When I ring Currys they say I have to return to the store - when can I do that as a vulnerable person and Covid 19.

It’s a horrible compnay and Virgin media needs to take action on this it’s a year I have been promised £100 voucher and they never payed me. Seeing reviews I believe this not just happened to me. I called Virgin media multiple times about this but nothing happened. It’s a total cheater and not sure how carphone is accepting them as their 3rd party compnay.

Just over 1 year since I signed up to Virgin vis SimplyDigital, promised £30 cash back if i signed with them and even though emails sent to the address they gave they come back as undeliverable- and of course still no money since October 2018!

They make promises they can't keep. Best to go straight to Virgin, not that their customer service is any good either!

Dreadful service, how Currys PC World have allowed themselves to be attached to this outfit beggars belief. You will get through to their sales office in seconds and they will gladly take money from you for what will be a botched service. Try ringing customer service and if you ever get through, they will wash their hands of you. Pity there isn't a rating of no stars

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE. AFTER FIVE MONTHS TRYING TO GET MY PROMISED £100 VOUCHER NOTHING HAS BEEN RECEIVED. THEY TRY EVERY TRICK IN THE BOOK TO DELAY SENDING IT HOPING THAT YOU WILL GO AWAY. THREATENING LEGAL ACTION IS THE ONLY WAY TO SHAKE THEM UP. DEFINATE COWBOY OUTFIT.

Avoid simplify digital like the plaque trying to get my money back after I placed an order for broadband the order never went through I've ended up going back to currys pc world and they hopefully have said they will refund my money has the saying goes the prove is in the pudding avoid simplify digital go direct to the supplier not a shoddy two bit company like simplify digital lesson learnt fir me

Took out a virgin media package through them, handed over my details (stupidly) for a direct debit to be set up to virgin, they confirmed everything back to me, and sent me an order number and a badly written email with many spelling errors, Suspicions arose but i thought i would give them some time. I heard nothing from Either party and so I called VM myself. They had no record of the sale..

I called Simplyfy digital to check and all they said was that there was a "technical error" and so they feed off to another third party to resolve within 72 hours.

e.g. you give them your details over the phone, they take them and do nothing. Then they constantly blame and pass the buck.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Very bad exiepierence with them.I would not recomende anyone to swich anything from this company to avoid hassles and save your nervs.Call up 50 times customer service to be solve my issue, in answering only promises and nothing else during of 3,5 month served. Avoid!

As other will tell you, just stay away from this company!

I'm now nearly 10 months into a 12 month contract set up by Carphone Warehouse, via Simplify digital.

I was promised a £100 gift card as a new customer. I have chased this now 8 times throughout this period. Each time being told the same. It's on the way.. this is after 10 mins of them trying to locate my account.

I have received £50 via cheque due to their incompetence and promised AGAIN the remainder £50 will be via gift card. .. guess what.. nothing. Call them AGAIN, trouble finding me, now choosing to escalate it via the accounts dept who will contact me! Sure. I shallnt hold my breath.

I also failed to mention they set me up on the wrong deal also at the start. I had confirmed with CPW it was not them, and witnessed them inputting the correct deal. Again, Simplify digital will pass the buck. Advise me to contact CPW or Virgin.

Just all round useless.

Please contact me ASAP with the money which is MINE.

They phoned me to get a good deal on my electric which is no problem. When we finally got all the information together that they needed they said it was all sorted and ready to go with a company called Toto. I received and email saying the order has been placed and can take up to one business day. Well this was on the 11th of July and still nothing. The company Toto have nothing on the records of this and spend 20 minutes on hold to this place to not even speak to someone about this issue..

I am Moving house and panicked because couldn't take Virgin with me. Got Transferred to Simplify Digital and I spoke to Meg and she was absolutely brilliant from beginning to end and sorted my Plan out I am now with Sky and so looking forward to moving in.
Meg helped me through every single step of the way and im so Grateful. A huge relief now that its all sorted.
Will definitely recommend them to anyone.

I changed my tv, phone and broadband and they cancelled my old phone and broadband but not my Sky TV so I ended up paying 3 months to Sky for a service I was not using. When I called them I was told to email them with copies of my bills and they would refund after an investigation,within a few days, 13 days later I was called to say my sales call of over 40 minutes had been listened too and I was advised to cancel my tv. I disagree and emailed asking how could I get a copy of my call, now 2 weeks later I am still waiting for a reply . I sent another email 5 days ago and put it F.A.O The complaints manager. Still no reply. I want to put my case to Ofcom and watchdog but I need the info.
At present I would say DO NOT use this company.

They contacted to take over my broadband after I had visited a Carphone Warehouse. I wanted to keep my number but they gave me a new one, they didn't cancel my old line so I was charged for broadband by 2 providers over a 4 month period. even though they admitted that it was their fault they did not contact me further or even apologise, well out of pocket and my old number lost forever. It was the only way some family friends and customers had of contact. Rubbish firm.

At first I had trouble contacting simplify digital within the 48hours specified by carphone warehouse to complete my order for Sky broadband etc.the phone number they supplied was useless. I then contacted them on there main site number and spoke to an agent who took me through the process of setting up a sky account. The agent was very knowledgeable of the product and very clear on the details required for setting up my account.

Dealt with Adam. Explained everything clearly. Quick and professional. Saved me a chunk of money on SKY package. Great service, which is rare nowadays. Would recommend.

Hi I phoned this company, since then I have my bank statements, and they have charged me £10.00, FOR WHAT?, the only firm I've phoned is, VIRGIN MEDIA, DO THEY CHARGE THERE CUSTOMERS?.
