Love the quality of the clothing, shipping was super fast!

This company is crazy!
I purchased on February 6th, paid an extra 27€ for fast delivery 5-7 days, they didnt get my order until the 12th, it is delayed with in the delivery dates that I paid for and ON TOP of that FEDEX demands to release my package another 80€!
So I paid for the clothes €112,85 and then 100€ for the shippment? are they crazy? DONT buy chinese stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! cancel @simpleretro

It's been two weeks since I placed my order. There is no way to contact this company--no phone number and the emails are "undeliverable". From the website, the clothing is beautiful and I'm hoping this is a real company. I hope I haven't wasted my money. Perhaps ordering from a recognizable name in the U.S. is safer.

This company took my money and didn't send what I ordered. It passed 20 days since I paid and they don't answer to messages. It makes me think is a way to steal money.

The cloths were really nice quality and after washing stayed the same so I highly recommend this brand ! ❤️

I bought simple retro clothes in France, the order was 145.80 euros, and I paid 34.55 euros in tax. However, after my package was delivered, Fedex still asked me to pay 15 euros in tax, saying that simple retro did not pay the tax. After I paid the 15 euros in tax, I asked simple retro to refund the tax I paid, 34.55 euros or 15 euros, but simple retro refused and asked me to negotiate with Fedex myself. I want to ask, as a foreign brand, the import tax makes shoppers have such a big trouble. Will other shoppers still trust you?

Everything came in such amazing condition. It all looks so beautiful in person and I am in love. I also really like how i can put everything through the wash and dryer too.

I’ve been incredibly impressed with Simple Retro! The clothes I’ve ordered from them so far are absolutely stunning and of much higher quality compared to other well-known brands I’ve tried. The attention to detail and craftsmanship truly stand out.

For sizing, I’m typically an XS/S, but I size up to an M with Simple Retro, and the fit has been perfect for me. It’s worth double-checking their size guide to find your best fit.

As for shipping, I’ve only used express shipping, and my orders consistently arrived within 4-5 days, which is fantastic! I can’t speak for regular shipping times yet, but the express option has been very reliable.

Overall, I’m very happy with my purchases and would definitely recommend Simple Retro to anyone looking for beautiful, affordable clothing.

DO NOT ORDER FROM SIMPLE RETRO. Although their website says they accept returns, I never received a refund from them after returning my items. I ended up having to hold payment on my credit card. They are a fraudulent company.

Compré 3 camisas 👚 lindas, pero solo 2 vino correctamente. Además mi pusieron una que jamás la voy utilizar, porque es para el Halloween, Negra con naranja y una calabaza 🎃 adornada imposible de usar esto. Me gustaría mucho poder devolverla pero vivo en Francia 🇫🇷 y para devolver cualquier cosa fuera de la U.E es necesario rellenar un formulario de ( ADUANAS ) para hacerlo bien ellos piden un email válido y un número de teléfono de la tienda no tienen en ningún lado, envíe varios email pero hasta ahora no obtuve ninguna respuesta.
Tsmbien no puedo enviar por otra empresa porque, ellos Eno enviaron un código QR ou un Código de Barras, solo me envían una dirección sin más. O sea imposible de reenviarlos esta camisa. 😭 Me encantaría recibir mi camisa o mi diñero de vuelta, gasté unos 130 euros. Caso la tienda vea esta mi publicación ,Por favor contestarme y si me envías la camsa 👚 linda que compré pues volveré aquí y pondre las 5 estrellas.🌟

También quiero decir que las otras dos camisas, son de buena calidad y las Ame muchísimo, me gustaría volver a comprar en esta tienda, varias cosas que tengo en mi carrito 🛒 de la compra. Pero infelizmente no lo voy hacer hasta que me haga llegar o la camisa o mi dinero de vuelta, o que me ayuden enviando el código QR/ Código de Barras ou su teléfono 📞 y un email válido. Así podré devolver esta la camisa de Halloween 🎃
