Damaged product - poor customer service
I received my order very fast, around 3 days. Opened it only after Christmas, as it was a gift, and what a surprise, the battery on my neck mask remote is damaged and the remote is not closing properly and not working at all. I sent an email to customer service requesting a new remote, and nothing yet. I’ve been asked my contact info, and none got back to me as of today, as well as no replacement remote received. It’s too long. I’m aware that it’s holiday season, however there should be a better service. I cannot use my mask because of this issue.
